Տարածաշրջանային առևտրային «դիվեսիֆիկացիան» ու իրական պատկերը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Ցանկացած երկրի համար տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացիան կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, որպեսզի կախված չլինի մեկ երկրից ու մեկ ուղղությունից: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ևս պարբերաբար խոսում են դիվերսիֆիկացիայի մասին, սակայն գնալով հակառակ արդյունքն են գրանցում: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, որևէ երկրի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշումները, մոտեցումները մեծ հաշվով կախված են լինում արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության, այլ երկրների հետ տնտեսական կապերի և համանման մի շարք այլ գործոնների հետ: Օրինակ՝ հարևան Վրաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ 2024 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերին աճել է՝ կազմելով 1 մլրդ 313 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
 
Ի մասնավորի, Վրաստանից գինու արտահանումը դեպի Ռուսաստան աճել է 14 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով ռեկորդային՝ 146,9 դոլարի: Ավելին, Ռուսաստանին բաժին է ընկնում վրացական գինու արտահանման 68,5 տոկոսը: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ երկրորդը Լեհաստանն է՝ ընդամենը 5,2 տոկոսով, երրորդը՝ Ուկրաինան՝ 4,1 տոկոսով, չորրորդը՝ Ղազախստանը՝ 3,8 տոկոսով, և հինգերորդը՝ Չինաստանը՝ 3,1 տոկոսով: Գինուց զատ, Վրաստանը միանգամից 2,7 անգամ ավելացրել է թունդ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների արտահանումը դեպի Ռուսաստան: «Առյուծի բաժինը» կազմում է կոնյակը (107 մլն), հետո գալիս են վիսկին (2,6 մլն) և օղին (442 հազար): Հանքային և գազավորված ըմպելիքների արտահանման ծավալները դեպի Ռուսաստան ավելացել են 25,7 տոկոսով և հասել 61 մլն դոլարի: Իսկ, ահա, այսպես կոչված, «լիմոնադների» արտահանումը ՌԴ ավելացել է 2,8 տոկոսով:
 
Որպեսզի պատկերն առավել ամբողջական լինի, ներկայացնենք նաև Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության պատկերը: ԵՄ երկրների հետ մեր երկրի արտաքին առևտրի ծավալները զգալիորեն անկում են ապրել՝ նվազելով մոտ 24 տոկոսային կետով։ Փոխարենը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ առևտրի ծավալները աճել են 3,6 անգամ։ Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների, ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ Հայաստանի առևտուրը Հայաստան-ԵՄ առևտրի ծավալներին դեռ չավարտված 2024 թվականին արդեն իսկ գերազանցում է 6,8 անգամ։
