ՊԵԿ-ը բացահայտել է շուրջ 603 մլն դրամի ստվերային շրջանառության դեպք

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը, տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ տարվող աշխատանքների շրջանակում, բացահայտել է շուրջ 603 մլն դրամի ստվերային շրջանառության դեպք։

Օրերս ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության տարածքային թիվ 13 բաժին օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջաններում, ինչպես նաև Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի գյուղում գործող սննդամթերքի և տնտեսական ապրանքների առևտրով զբաղվող  խանութների ցանցը, ապրանքներ վաճառելիս, չի տրամադրում ՀԴՄ կտրոններ, ինչպես նաև դուրս չի գրում համապատասխան հարկային հաշիվներ` այս կերպ խուսափելով խոշոր չափերի հարկեր վճարելուց։

Տվյալներն իրացնելու նպատակով` ձեռնարկվել են համակողմանի և մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջացառումներ: Արդյունքում, ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները հաստատվել են։

Միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ առ այն, որ ընկերությանը պատկանող խանութները 2023-2024 թվականների ընթացքում, գնորդներից գանձված գումարները չեն մուտքագրել հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենա և  թաքցրել են շուրջ 603 մլն դրամի իրացման շրջանառություն։

Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիմքով կատարվել է պատճառված վնասի նախնական հաշվարկ, ըստ որի, պետությանը պատճառվել է շուրջ 165 մլն դրամի վնաս։

Դեպքի առթիվ  հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարվել են խուզարկություններ: Առգրավվել են  վարույթի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթեր, համակարգիչներ և էլեկտրոնային կրիչներ։
