ՔՊ-ն կադրային հարցերի լուծման նոր մեթոդ է մշակում

Նախագահի հրամանագրով, 32–ամյա Սրբուհի Գալյանն այսօր նշանակվել է արդարադատության նախարար։

Գալյանը 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ նշանակվել էր ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ, իսկ արդեն 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից առայսօր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալն էր։ Նա համակարգում էր ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթների ոլորտը։

Արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնը թափուր էր մնացել հոկտեմբերի 1-ից, երբ Գրիգոր Մինասյանը հրաժարական ներկայացրեց։ Նախկին նախարարի դեմ արշավ էին սկսել ՔՊ-ում՝ ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ուղղորդմամբ։ «Քաղպայմանագրի» վարչությունը երեք նիստ էր գումարել, մերժել թիմակիցներից շատերին նախարարի պաշտոնում: Ի վերջո, միայն մեկ ամիս անց հաջողվեց հարմար թեկնածու գտնել արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնի համար։ Այս իրավիճակը բավական նյարդայնացրել է ՔՊ վերնախավին, հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ կադրային սղության պատճառով կարող են հայտնվել անհեթեթ դրության մեջ, երբ անգամ անհավանական և վատահամբավ անուններ ստիպված լինեն քննարկել «իքս» պաշտոնի համար։ Ուստի այժմ որոշել են ցուցակագրել իրենց կադրային փոքրիկ բանկը, որպեսզի պաշտոնանկությունների դեպքում խնդիրների չբախվեն։ Յուրաքանչյուր պաշտոնի համար 1-2 թեկնածուի անուն ունենան, կարողանան այդ ցանկից ընտրություն կատարել։

Իսկ Մինասյանի հրաժարականից ու Գալյանին նախարար նշանակելուց ամենաշատը շահել է գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը։ Նրա և բավական արդյունավետ պաշտոնյա Սրբուհի Գալյանի ջրերը մի առվով չէին հոսում, իսկ այժմ նա հնարավորություն ունեցավ ազատվել Գալյանից, նրա փոխարեն իրեն հարմար կադր նշանակել։
