Մոլդովական խորամանկություն. ինչպես հաղթել ընտրություններում՝ սփյուռքի շնորհիվ

Մոլդովայում կայացած նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլում հաղթանակ է տարել գործող նախագահ Մայա Սանդուն։ Քվեաթերթիկների 99.86 տոկոսի մշակման արդյունքում Սանդուն ստացել է 55.41 % քվե (930512 ձայն)։ Նրա մրցակից՝ Սոցիալիստների կուսակցությունից թեկնածու Ալեքսանդր Ստոյանոգլոն ստացել է 44.59 % (748781 ձայն)։

Թե՛ ընտրությունների առաջին փուլում, թե՛ երկրորդ փուլում Սանդուին հաջողվել է իր առաջարկած սահմանադրական փոփոխությունն անցկացնել ու հաղթել բացառապես արտերկրում բնակվողների շնորհիվ։ Միայն Մոլդովայի տարածքում քվեարկածների թվերով Ստոյանոգլոն ստացել է 51.19 %, Սանդուն՝ 48.81 %։ Գործող նախագահի օգտին իրավիճակը բեկել են սփյուռքում գտնվող մոլդովացիները։ 82.77 % ստացել է Սանդուն, 17.23 %՝ Ստոյանոգլոն։ Ընդ որում, Սանդուի քվեներից 270 հազարից ավելին ստացվել են արտերկրից։

Մոլդովացիների զգալի մասն ապրում է Եվրամիությունում, հատկապես Ռումինիայում, բայց մոտ 300 հազար քաղաքացիներ էլ բնակվում են Ռուսաստանում։ Եվ այս անգամ էլ գործող իշխանությունները հերթական խորամանկությանն են դիմել՝ ՌԴ-ում բնակվող և աշխատող մոլդովացիներին զրկելով ընտրելու հնարավորությունից։ Արտերկրում բացված 234 ընտրատեղամասերից միայն մեկն է գործել Ռուսաստանում՝ Մոլդովայի դեսպանատանը, 300 հազար քաղաքացիներից ընտրություններին մասնակցել են մի քանի հազարը, մյուսներին զրկել են։ Մոլդովայի քաղաքացիներն իրենց երկրի իշխանություններին մեղադրել են Ռուսաստանի տարածքում քվեարկության անտանելի պայմաններ ստեղծելու մեջ: Արդյունքում, Մայա Սանդուն հաղթանակ է տարել, թեև «պյուռոսյան հաղթանակ»։

2025 թ. կայանալու են խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները։ Մոլդովան խորհրդարանական հանրապետություն է, իսկ Սանդուն այժմ կառավարող կուսակցության առաջնորդն է։ Հաջորդ տարվա ընտրություններում կառավարող ուժի պարտությունն ամենևին էլ բացառված չէ, և դրանից հետո Սանդուն վերածվելու է «անգլիական թագուհու»։
