Մանրամասներ՝ Արցախի բնակչությանը տրվող աջակցության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը մշակել է 2025 թվականից գործարկման նախատեսվող նորացված աջակցության ծրագիր։ Այս մասին հայտնում են նախարարությունից։

Միջոցառման մշակման գործընթացում հաշվի են առնվել ԼՂ հայրենակիցների հետ տարբեր ձևաչափերով կայացած հանդիպումները և դրանց շրջանակում ստացած առաջարկ-դիտարկումները։

Ըստ այդմ, ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց կեցության և այլ ծախսերը հոգալու նպատակով՝ 2025 թ․ նախատեսվում է տրամադրել աջակցության ծրագիրը հետևյալ ձևաչափերով․ 2025 թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսների համար աջակցության ամսական չափը կկազմի 50,000 դրամ՝ նույն շահառու խմբերի համար։

Գործող միջոցառման շրջանակում տրամադրվող 10,000 դրամ աջակցության բաղադրիչն այլևս չի շարունակվի։

2025 թ․ ապրիլ ամսվանից նախատեսվում է սոցիալական աջակցություն տրամադրել բռնի տեղահանված առանձին խմբերի այն անձանց, ովքեր փաստացի բնակվում են ՀՀ-ում, հաշվառված են ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության կողմից և`

• ունեն 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն կամ ֆունկցիոնալության սահմանափակման խորը կամ ծանր աստիճան,

• 63 և ավելի տարեկան են,

• ստանում են կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստ,

• մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխա են։

 Այս դեպքում՝ սոցիալական աջակցության ամսական չափը յուրաքանչյուր շահառուի համար նախատեսվում է՝

• 2025 թ. ապրիլ ամսվանից մինչև հունիս ամիսը ներառյալ՝ 40,000 դրամ,

• 2025 թ․ հուլիս ամսվանից մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամիսը ներառյալ՝ 30,000 դրամ:
