Ինչո՞ւ չեն նախատեսում թոշակառու գեներալների, գնդապետների վերադարձը ծառայություն․ «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ Խորհրդարանը երեկ միաձայն ընդունեց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների ներկայացրած նախագիծը, որով սահմանվում է, որ կենսաթոշակ ստացող նախկին զինծառայողները կարող են կրկին անցնել պայմանագրային զինծառայության՝ պահպանելով կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունքը: Արմեն Խաչատրյանի եւ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի  ներկայացրած «Զինվորական ծառայության եւ զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին եւ «Պետական կենսաթոշակի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծերի փաթեթը, սակայն, նման հնարավորություն ընձեռում է մինչեւ փոխգնդապետի պաշտոն ունեցողներին՝ ՊՆ-ի կողմից սահմանված զորամասերում։

Նախագծի հեղինակ Արմեն Խաչատրյանին հարցրինք՝ ինչո՞ւ չեն նախատեսում նաեւ թոշակառու գնդապետների, գեներալների վերադարձ, որոնք իրենց փորձառությամբ կարգի կբերեն բանակը։ «Գեներալ գնդապետներն էլ կարող են վերադառնալ ծառայության, ուղղակի իրենք զբաղեցնելու են այն պաշտոնները, որոնց առավելագույն չափը փոխգնդապետի դասային աստիճանն է: Մենք խնդիր ունենք դասակ-վաշտ-գումարտակ օղակներում սպաների համալրման, վերեւի օղակներում խնդիր չունենք, բայց եթե գեներալ գնդապետն ուզում է փոխգնդապետի հաստիք զբաղեցնել, ոչ մի խնդիր, կգնա, կզբաղեցնի, կպահի գեներալական թոշակն ու գնդապետի աշխատավարձ կստանա, գումարած՝ ստաժ կձեւավորի»։
