Հայաստանում մարդկանց մոտ ամենաշատն արձանագրվում է բրուցելոզ հիվանդությունը

Բրուցելոզը զոոնոզ՝ մարդկանց և կենդանիների համար ընդհանուր, հիվանդություն է, որը մարդուն է փոխանցվում հիմնականում հիվանդ կենդանուց ստացված և ջերմային մշակման չենթարկված կաթի/կաթնամթերքի միջոցով: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանում մարդկանց մոտ ամենաշատն արձանագրվում է բրուցելոզ հիվանդությունը: 

Ըստ այդ նույն տվյալների՝ 2024 թվականի ընթացքում բնակչության շրջանում բրուցելոզի առաջնակի հաստատված դեպքերի 70%-ի մոտ վարակը պայմանավորված է սննդային (տարբեր անհատներից գնված թարմ պանիր, ջերմային մշակման չենթարկված կաթ, ոչ լիարժեք թերմիկ մշակման ենթարկված միս), իսկ մնացած 30%-ի դեպքում՝ կոնտակտ-կենցաղային գործոններով։

Հիվանդության փոխանցման ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու նպատակով՝ հորդորում ենք հետևել մի քանի կանոնների, որոնք կանխարգելիչ ազդեցություն ունեն:

ՀԱՐԳԵԼԻ ՍՊԱՌՈՂՆԵՐ

Մի գնեք տնային պայմաններում ստացված կաթ/կաթնամթերք, իսկ եթե գնել եք, ապա մինչև կաթն օգտագործելը այն անպայման ենթարկեք ջերմային մշակման՝ եռացրեք (առնվազն 30 րոպե մինչև +600C կամ 5 րոպե +85-900C),

- հում միսը վերամշակեք համապատասխան ձեռնոցներով՝ հատկապես, եթե ձեռքի մաշկը վնասված է,

- գյուղատնտեսական մթերքի շուկաներում կենդանական ծագման մթերքների անասնաբուժասանիտարական փորձաքննության իրականացումը պարտադիր է, պահանջեք, որ ձեզ ցույց տան փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը:

 ՀԱՐԳԵԼԻ ԱՆԱՍՆԱՏԵՐԵՐ

- Կենդանի ձեռք բերելու դեպքում՝ անհապաղ տեղեկացրեք անասնաբուժին և նվազագույնը 1 ամիս մեկուսացրեք կենդանուն:

- Եթե հետազոտությամբ կհաստատվի, որ կենդանին առողջ է, կարող եք խառնել հոտին, բրուցելոզ ախտորոշելու պարագայում՝ հիվանդ կենդանին պետք է անհապաղ ենթարկվի սպանդի,

- մի օգտագործեք հում կաթ և դրանից պատրաստված պանիր,

- եթե վնասված է ձեր ձեռքի մաշկը, մի կթեք կենդանուն, մի շփվեք կաթի, մսի և/կամ կենդանու պտղի ու պտղաջրերի հետ՝ վարակի փոխանցումը կանխելու նպատակով, 

- ծնից, կթից հետո մաքրեք և ախտահանեք տարածքը,

- վիժումների դեպքում՝ անհապաղ տեղեկացրեք անասնաբույժին, մեկուսացրեք կենդանուն, հետազոտեք բրուցելոզի նկատմամբ և անմիջապես ախտահանեք տարածքը: 

ՀԱՐԳԵԼԻ ՏՆՏԵՍԱՎԱՐՈՂՆԵՐ

- Կաթնամթերքի և մսամթերքի մշակումն իրականացրեք պատշաճ ջերմային պայմաններում՝ խստորեն պահպանելով կենսաանվտանգության կանոնները,

- միսը/կաթը ընդունեք միայն անասնաբուժական ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերով,

- ամեն օր մաքրեք և ախտահանեք աշխատավայրն ու սարքավորումները,

- Մարդկանց մոտ բրուցելոզ հիվանդության կլինիկական նշաններ (փոփոխական ջերմություն, առատ քրտնարտադրություն (հատկապես գիշերային ժամերին), մկանների, հոդերի կամ մեջքի ցավեր) ի հայտ գալու դեպքում անհապաղ տեղեկացրեք բժշկին, իսկ կենդանիների մոտ վիժումներ, ընկերքի պահում, էնդոմետրիտներ և կենդանիների վերարտադրական կարողությունների խանգարումներ ի հայտ գալու դեպքում՝ անասնաբույժին:

Այս պարզ կանոններին հետևելը ձեզ կպաշտպանի բրուզելոզով վարակվելու վտանգից:
