Ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի առաջարկը ողջունվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից․ Միրզոյան

Տարածաշրջանային ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմից ներկայացրած առաջարկները ողջունվել են ադրբեջանական կողմից։ Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2025թ․ բյուջեի նախագծի ներկայացման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։
 
«Հրապարակային է, որ մենք ադրբեջանական կողմին առաջարկներ ենք փոխանցել, որոնք, ըստ էության, կիսապաշտոնական կերպով ողջունվել են նաև։ Սա ասում եմ ցույց տալու համար, որ այստեղ ևս որոշակի դրական մթնոլորտ կա»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը։
Հավելեց, որ առաջիկայում աշխատանքները կշարունակվեն ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ ապաշրջափակման մասով այն հարցերում, որտեղ այս փուլում հնարավոր է գալ ընդհանուր համաձայնության։
 
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը հիշեցրեց՝ սկզբունքն է, որ ապաշրջափակվող ենթակառուցվածքները պետք է մնան այն երկրների իշխանության ներքո և գործեն այն երկրների օրենսդրության համաձայն, որի տարածքով անցնում են։ Ամեն ինչ պետք է արվի փոխադարձության սկզբունքի վրա։ Հիշեցրեց, որ այս սկզբունքներն արտացոլված են ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ներկայացրած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագրում, որը ողջունվել է բազմաթիվ երկրների և միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից։ Միրզոյանի խոսքով՝ նրանք կարծում են, որ այս նախագիծը կարող է մաս կազմել ավելի գլոբալ ցանցերի կամ նոր նախագծերի։
«Խաղաղության խաչմերուկն է այն տեսլականը, որի մեջ մենք նաև տեսնում ենք Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան տրանսպորտային լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակումը»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը։
 
ԱԳ նախարարը շեշտեց՝ պաշտոնական Երևանը շարունակում է անընդունելի է համարել ուղիների երկայնքով երրորդ ուժերի տեղակայումը։
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչու տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները առաջ չեն գնում, ասել էր, որ մաքսային և սահմանային հսկողության գործառույթները պետք է լինեն լիարժեք և ինքնիշխան, որի պարագայում Հայաստանը պատրաստ կլինի շարունակել քննարկումնները։
