Դիլիջանում հարևանների միջև «մի կաթիլ մեղրի պատմությունն» ավարտվել է ավտոտնակի պայթեցմամբ․ Shamshyan

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում: Ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Դիլիջան քաղաքի Կամոյի փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքում պայթյուն և փլուզում է տեղի ունեցել:  

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է, գրել է Shamshyan-ը։

Արդեն Կամոյի փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի թիվ 26 տան բնակիչ 65-ամյա Հրայր Բ.-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ժամը 00:25-ի սահմաններում պայթյունի ձայն է լսել և մոտենալով նկատել է, որ իրեն պատկանող քարե ավտոտնակը պայթեցրել են, ինչի հետևանքով տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում և վնասվել է նաև ավտոտնակում կայանված ռուսական համարանիշներով «ՎԱԶ 21010» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:  

Դեպքի փաստով Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Մինչ քննիչն ու փորձաքրեագետը աշխատում էին դեպքի վայրում, ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկութուններն են ստացվում, թե ով է ենթադրյալ կասկածյալը:  

Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները մեկնում են կասկածյալի բնակության հասցե և կարողանում են նրան վնասազերծել ու բերման ենթարկել ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժին:

Կասկածյալը Դիլիջանի բնակիչ 56-ամյա Արամ Կ.-ն է, ով այնուհետև ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնից ներկայացվում է Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժին:

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին.

«Գիշերը 12 անց կեսի կողմերն էր, ուժեղ պայթյուն լսեցինք, մեզ թվաց՝ կամ գազի բալոն է պայթել, կամ ինչ-որ բան տրաքացրել են, դուրս եկանք դուրս, հետո իմացանք, որ Հրայրի ավտոտանկը տրաքացրել են ու մի քանի րոպե հետո ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները եկան, հետո տեսանք, որ նրանք գնում են Արամի տան կողմ, որտեղից էլ նրան բռնեցին:

Որ իմացանք՝ Արամի հետևից են գնում, ասինք՝ էդ ա, միլիցեքին էլ կտրաքացնի, քանի որ փողոցային խոսակցություններով միշտ լսել ենք, որ կարող ա մոտը զենք-զինամթերք լինի, բայց դե մտածել ենք՝ ինչ պիտի անի, հո հարևանի կամ հայի վրա չի գցի, բայց պարզվեց՝ մի կաթիլ մեղրի պատմության համար մարդու գարաժը տրաքացրել ա: Բայց որ իմացանք՝ ոստիկաններին ու պարեկներին հաջողվել ա առանց զոհերի ու վիրավորների վնասազերծեն Արամին, էդ մի կողմից ուրախացանք, բայց դե մութ աշխարհ ա, 2 հարևան ինչ ունեն իրար հետ կիսելու, երևի իրենք գիտեն, էդ էլ քննիչների գործն ա, էսա մի քանի օր կքննեն, եղելությունը հայտնի կլինի»:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ տուժածը ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնել է, որ իրեն պատճառվել է մոտ 3 միլիոն դրամի վնաս, ավտոմեքենան էլ իր որդու սեփականությունն է:
