Առաջատարների նոր «տեղաշարժերը». ի՞նչ է կատարվում խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Երեկ ՊԵԿ-ը հրապարակել է 2024 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում առաջին 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարված հարկերի և վճարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը: 2024 թ. հունվարսեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում պետական բյուջե ընդհանուր առմամբ վճարվել է ավելի քան 1 տրիլիոն 323 միլիարդ 205 միլիոն դրամ: Ինչ վերաբերում է առաջատարներին, ապա առաջին հորիզոնականի պարագայում որևէ անակնկալ չկա. այստեղ «մշտական» ունի Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, որը ինն ամսվա կտրվածքով պետբյուջե է վճարել մոտ 83,7 մլրդ դրամի հարկ: Այս ցուցանիշն, ի դեպ, մոտ 31,3 մլրդ դրամով կամ շուրջ 37 տոկոսով ավելի է, քան անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում վճարած հարկերը:
 
Ավելին, ԶՊՄԿ-ն ինն ամսում արդեն արդեն գերազանցել է ամբողջ 2023 թ. ընթացքում իր կողմից վճարված հարկերի տարեկան ցուցանիշը (70,8 մլրդ դրամ)։ Հավելենք, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն երեք եռամսյակի կտրվածքով մոտ 34 մլրդ դրամով ավելի հարկ է վճարել, քան երկրորդ հորիզոնականում գտնվող ընկերությունը: Իսկ երկրորդ հորիզոնականում «Մոբայլ սենթրն» է, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ առաջադիմել է 2 հորիզոնականով: Այս կազմակերպությունը 2024 թ. առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով ևս երկրորդն էր: Փոխարենը 2023 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերի համեմատ 2 հորիզոնականով, իսկ այս տարվա հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ 1 հորիզոնականով «հետ է ընկել» «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան», որն այս տարվա ինն ամիսների ցուցանիշներով 4-րդն է: 3-րդ տեղում «Գրանդ տոբակոն» է, իսկ հինգերորդ տեղում՝ «Փրիթի-Ուեյը» («Վեստա»):
 
Ուշագրավ է, որ լավագույն հնգյակում երկու կազմակերպություն զբաղվում է հեռախոսների ու այլ տեխնիկայի ներկրմամբ ու վաճառքով: Քանի որ անդրադարձանք «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային», նաև նշենք այլ «կոմունալ» ծառայություններին: Ի մասնավորի, Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ առաջադիմել է 4 հորիզոնականով և վճարած հարկերով 18-րդ տեղում է: «Վեոլիա ջուրը» թե՛ նախորդ տարվա ինն ամիսներին, թե՛ այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում, թե հիմա գրեթե նույն դիրքերում է (+-1)՝ 33-35-րդ հորիզոնականներ: Հավելենք, որ լավագույն հիսնյակում են հայաստանյան բանկերի մեծ մասը: Սակայն բանկերին, արտադրողներին և այլ ոլորտների կանդրադառնանք առանձին:
