Ագարակի անցակետից ՌԴ սահմանապահների դուրսբերման որոշումից հետո հայ-ռուսական միջպետական պայմանգիրը չի վերանայվի․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Ագարակի անցակետից ռուսական սահմանապահ ուժերի դուրսբերման որոշումից հետո Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակի մասին հայ-ռուսական պայմանագրի փոփոխություն կամ վերանայում չի նախատեսվում, «Ազատության» հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել են Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունից։

«Հայաստան-Իրան և Հայաստան-Թուրքիա պետական սահմանի պահպանությանը ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի մասնակցության, իսկ Հայաստան-Իրան պետական սահմանի հսկիչ-սահմանային կետում ծառայությունն ամբողջությամբ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի ուժերով իրականացնելու մասին ձեռքբերված համաձայնությունը պայմանագրի փոփոխություն կամ վերանայում չի նախատեսում», - ասված է գերատեսչության պատասխանում։

Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին Մոսկվայում Փաշինյան-Պուտին կես ժամանոց հանդիպումից հետո Երևանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս կգան Ագարակի անցակետից, և այնտեղ հունվարի 1-ից հսկողություն կիրականացնեն միայն Հայաստանի սահմանապահները։ Մինչդեռ 1992-ին կնքված հայ-ռուսական պայմանագրի 6-րդ կետում նշվում է. - «Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ զորքերն իրականացնում են մարդկանց, փոխադրամիջոցների, բեռների, ապրանքների և այլ իրերի բացթողումը՝ Թուրքիայի և Իրանի հետ Հայաստանի սահմանի վրա գտնվող և գոյություն ունեցող անցումային կետերով»։

Երևանի և Մոսկվայի միջև ձեռք բերված նոր պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, պայմանագրի 6-րդ հոդվածը փաստացի դադարում է գործել։ «Ազատություն»-ը, մասնավորապես, հետաքրքրվել էր Արտգործնախարարությունից, թե արդյոք 32 տարվա վաղեմության պայմանագիրը կվերանայվի։
