Ինչո՞ւ էին «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչները մեկնել Իրաքյան Քուրդիստան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչներ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը, Արամ Պետրոսյանը և Դավիթ Սարգսյանը մեկնել էին Հյուսիսային Իրաքի Քրդական ինքնավարության մայրաքաղաք Էրբիլ՝ դիտարկելու խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքը: «ՀայաՔվեի» պատվիրակությունը Քրդական ինքնավարության Բարձրագույն ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից արտոնագրված միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելություններից մեկն էր, Հայաստանից՝ միակը:
 
«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը նշում է՝ ընտրությունների ընթացքը դիտարկելու հրավերը ստացել են Իրաքի Բարձրագույն ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից: «Ուղարկել ենք մեր տվյալները, որպես միջազգային դիտորդ մեզ հավատարմագրել են և հրավեր ուղարկել: Առաջին անգամ էր, որ Հայաստանից պատվիրակություն էր մեկնում Հյուսիսային Իրաք՝ ընտրությունների ընթացքը դիտարկելու համար: Օրերս նաև իրենց հանձնաժողովին կներկայացնենք մեր կարծիքը ընտրությունների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, սա օրենքի պահանջ է»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է Մխիթարյանը:
 
Տեղեկացնում է՝ Իրաքի Քուրդիստանն ունի 4,5 միլիոն բնակչություն, հիմնականում քրդեր: «Այն ունի խորհրդարան, վարչապետ, նախարարներ: Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին փոփոխված օրենսգրքով կայացան Իրաքի Քուրդիստանի խորհրդարանի ընտրությունները:
 
Նոր ընտրական օրենսգրքով խորհրդարանն ունենալու է 100 պատգամավոր, որոնցից հինգը նախատեսված է ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, ընդ որում՝ մեկն էլ հայերի համար: Իրաքի հյուսիսային մասը, որտեղ Քուրդիստանն է, սահմանակից է Թուրքիային, և Ցեղասպանության ժամանակ շատ հայեր, ուղղակի անցնելով սահմանը, բնակություն են հաստատել այստեղ: Այնտեղ հայկական բնակչություն կա, հիմնականում քրդախոս հայեր են, բայց պահպանել են իրենց կրոնը: Զախոյի շրջանը, որտեղ հայեր են բնակվում, անմիջապես սահմանակից է Թուրքիային: Այստեղ ունենք երկու հայկական եկեղեցի, երկրորդը կառուցվել է 2019 թ.-ին Քուրդիստանի մայրաքաղաք Էրբիլում քրդական կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ»,- նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
 
Պատվիրակները Էրբիլում եղած երեք օրվա ընթացքում այցելել են Քրդական ինքնավարության Բարձրագույն ընտրական հանձնաժողով, հանդիպել հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Օմար Ահմեդի հետ, եղել են Քուրդիստանի հայրենասիրական միության գրասենյակում, հանդիպել կուսակցության քաղբյուրոյի անդամ Սադի Ահմեդ Փիրեի, ինչպես նաև Քրդական ինքնավարության արտաքին գործերի դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար-նախարար Սաֆին Դիզայիի հետ։ «Բոլոր հանդիպում-քննարկումների հիմքում եղել են Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, միջազգային իրադրությունը, առկա հակամարտությունները և այլ հարցեր»,-եզրափակում է Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը:
