Մասիսի գառի մսի առևտրով զբաղվող քաղաքացիներին 600 հազար դոլարի չափով վնաս է պատճառվել, նրանք մեղադրում են Իրանի դեսպանին և հյուպատոսին

Գառի մսի առևտրով զբաղվող Մասիս քաղաքի մի շարք բնակիչներ այս պահին բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում Մասիսի սպանդանոցի մոտ: Պատճառն այն է, որ իրենց պնդմամբ Իրանում ՀՀ դեսպանն ու հյուպատոսն իրենցից գառ են գնել և գումարները չեն վերադարձրել, խոսքը 600 հազար դոլարի մասին է:

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նրանցից Ռոմիկ Բաքոյանը պատմեց, որ այս ամենը սկսվել է հունիսի 20-ից, երբ սպանդանոցի տերը՝ Արմոնդ Հախվերդյանը, զանգել է իրենց՝ առևտրականներին և ասել, որ Իրանից գնորդ է բերել Հայաստան, որը ցանկանում է  սպանդանոցում գառի մսի մորթ իրականացվի որ գնի:

«Մենք եկել, խոսացել, պայմանավորվել ենք և ցանկացել ենք աշխատել այդ մարդու հետ: 1-ին և 2-դր խմբաքանակի մորթի գումարները մեզ տվեցին, 3-րդ խմբաքանակի մորթն իրականացրեցինք, խոսքը 156 մլն դրամի մասին է, այդ գումարը հափշտակեցին, չտվեցին: Մեզ խաբել են Իրանից: Մենք աշխատել ենք գնորդ Յուսուֆ Մուրազիի հետ: Երբ գումարները սկսեցին չտալ Իրանից, սկսեցինք անհանգստանալ, քայլեր ձեռնարկեցինք, որի արդյունքոմ հասանք Իրանի դեսպանատուն»,- ասաց Ռոմիկ Բաքոյանը:

Ապա նա պատմեց, որ հանդիպել են ՀՀ-ում Իրանի հյուպատոսի հետ, ով իրենց տարել է դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանի մոտ, սեպտեմբերի 14-ին հանդիպել են վերջինիս հետ:

«Անձամբ դեսպանն է մեզ հրավիրել: Ասաց՝ ժողովուրդ, շատ եմ խնդրում ձեզ, մի բարձրաձայնեք, ՀՀ-ի և Իրանի համար ամոթալի է սա: Ամեն ինչ նորմալ կլինի, ես եմ երաշխավորում Յուսուֆ Մուրազիի տեղը, նա լավ մարդ է, մենք կաշխատենք ձեզ հետ, նորից գառ տվեք, այդ գառի գումարները ես կվճարեմ ձեզ անձամբ և հին գումարը քիչ-քիչ կմարեմ: Պահանջեցինք, որ գրավոր պայմանագիր կնքվի, մեզ ամոթանք տվեց: Ամոթ չի՞, այստեղ մի ամբողջ ազգ ենք ներկայցնում, մտածում եք՝ այդ երկու կոպեկի համար ձեզ պետք է խաբե՞մ»,- պատմեց Ռոմիկը:

Նա ներկայացրեց, որ դեսպանի ասածի պես սկսել են աշխատել, սկզբում ամեն ինչ նորմալ է եղել: «Առաջին խմբաքանակ գառները մորթեցինք, դեսպանի ասածի պես եղավ, մեր հին գումարներից 8 մլն դրամ վճարեցին, մնացած ինչ գառ մորթեցինք գումարը վճարեցին: Երկորրդ անգամ 650 հատ գառ մորթեցինք հին գումարից չտվեց: Հարցրեցինք՝ բա ինչի՞ այդպես: Ասաց՝ խնդրում եմ Ձեզ հիմա այսպես անենք, երկու օրից նորից մորթ արեք, երկուսի գումարը իրար հետ կտանք ձեզ: Երրորդ խմբաքանակը մորթել ենք արդեն գումարը խաբեցին չտվեցին»,- ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ թույլ չեն տվել բարձած բեռնատարը տանեն Իրան, համարները վրայից հանել են: «Իրենք գնացել են Մասիսի ոստիկանության բաժնում բողոքել: Մեզ տարան բաժին, իրենք ցուցմունքները են տվել, մենք էլ ցուցմունք տվեցինք, որ այսպիսի բան է եղել, այդ դեպքերը բոլորը արձանագրել են: Երեկվա դրությամբ բեռնատարի համարները տվել են, որ գնա, հիմա մենք էլ ակցիա ենք կազմեկերպել Մասիսի սպանդանոցի մոտ, որ մեզ խաբել են»,- նշեց նա:

Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ 2-րդ, 3-րդ անգամ արդեն դեսպանն է խաբել: «Երեք օր առաջ հյուպատոսին դեսպանն ուղարկել էր, մեզ համոզում էր, որ այդ ապրանքը ուղարկենք, հետո մեզ համար գնորդներ կճարեն: Այդ փողը չեն տա, բայց գնորդներ կճարեն: Ասում են՝ վճարել են այդ գումարը, ասում ենք՝ ո՞ւմ եք վճարել, պատասխանում են՝ ձեր գնորդին ենք վճարել՝ Յուսուֆ Մուրազիին: Յուսուֆ Մուրազին էլ ասում է՝ չեն վճարել մեզ, կտրոնները կան բոլոր, մեզ նման վճարում չի արվել: Այդ գումարը հավանաբար հյուպատոսն ու դեսպանն  են յուրացրել»,- ասաց նա:

Tert.am-ը փորձեց ՀՀ-ում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպանատնից պարզաբանում ստանալ և իրենց տեսակետը հասկանալ, դեսպանատնից ասացին՝ գրավոր դիմենք, եթե ցանկանան կարձագանքեն: Tert.am-ը հարցում է ուղարկել դեսպանատուն, պատասխանը ստանալուն պես, կհրապարակենք:
