ՌԴ-ում կինը, օգտվելով Wildberries-ում ծրագրային անսարքությունից, 1,2 մլն ռուբլու գողություն է կատարել

ՌԴ Կրասնոյարսկ քաղաքի բնակչուհին 1,2 միլիոն ռուբլիի վնաս է պատճառել Wildberries  առցանց առևտրի հարթակին՝ օգտվելով ծրագրային անսարքությունից: Այս մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, հայտնում է Կրասնոյարսկի մարզի դատախազությունը։

«2023 թվականի գարնանը 23-ամյա կինը գրանցել է հաշիվ Wildberries առցանց խանութում, ընտրել է վճարման եղանակ և հայտնաբերել համակարգում արտառոց անսարքություն։ Այն ամենը, ինչ նա ավելացնում էր «զամբյուղում», անմիջապես ստանում էր «վճարված» կարգավիճակ: Այս տարբերակով նա ձեռք է բերել հագուստ և կոշիկ, ճամպրուկներ, սմարթֆոններ, խաղային կցորդներ, բարձրախոսներ և նույնիսկ ոսկյա զարդեր։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ նա գնել է մոտ 100 ապրանք՝ 1,2 միլիոն ռուբլի արժողությամբ: Երբ առցանց խանութը հայտնաբերել է տեխնիկական անսարքությունը, արգելափակել է օգտատիրոջ հաշիվը», - հայտնել են դատախազությունից:

Գերատեսչության տվյալներով՝ կինը Wildberries-ի աջակցության ծառայությանը չի հայտնել ծրագրի անսարքության մասին։ 

Վերցնելով ապրանքները և համոզվելով, որ նրանից վճարում չեն պահանջում,քարտից գումարը դուրս չի գալիս, նա ամեն օր նոր գնումներ է կատարել, իսկ հետո փաստացի գողացված իրերը վերավաճառել է այլ հարթակներում, իսկ ստացված եկամտով մարել պարտքերը։

Նրա նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, կնոջը սպառնում է մինչև 10 տարվա ազատազրկում։
