Ներկայացված է ներկառուցված ֆոտոքիմիական կուտակման մարտկոցով արևային մարտկոց, որն օր ու գիշեր էներգիա է ապահովում

Եվրոպացի գիտնականների խումբը ստեղծել է նորարարական հիբրիդային արևային մարտկոց, որն ինքն էներգիա կկուտակի գիշերը սպառելու համար: Նոր մշակումը համատեղում է ռեկորդային արդյունավետությունը և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությունն օգտագործելով լայնորեն մատչելի նյութեր՝ առանց հազվագյուտ հողային տարրերի և թանկարժեք մետաղների: Արեգակնային մարտկոցի ընդհանուր արդյունավետությունը կազմել է համեստ 14,9 %, սակայն այդ ցուցանիշը կարող է հետագայում բարելավվել, գրում է 3dnews.ru-ն:

Շվեդիայի Չալմերսի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի և Բարսելոնայի Կատալոնիայի իսպանական պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի (UPC) գիտնականները լուծել են երկու խնդիր: Նախ, անհրաժեշտ էր իջեցնել սիլիցիումային արևային մարտկոցների աշխատանքային ջերմաստիճանը, որպեսզի դրա արդյունավետությունը չնվազի գերտաքացման պատճառով, քանի որ տաքացումը կարող է նվազեցնել արևային բջիջների արդյունավետությունը 10-25 %-ով: Երկրորդը, էներգիայի կուտակումը պետք էր տեղի ունենա առանց հազվագյուտ քիմիական տարրերի օգտագործման: Պետք էր նաև հիշել, որ ցանկացած ֆիլտր նվազեցնում է ֆոտոբջջի արդյունավետությունը, ինչը մշակողների համար լրացուցիչ խնդիր է։

Հետազոտողներն օգտագործել են սովորական սիլիցիումային ֆոտոբջիջ, սակայն վերևում տեղադրել են թափանցիկ տարր՝ հեղուկի միկրոշրջանառության համար: Այդ հեղուկն ունի իր մոլեկուլային կառուցվածքը փոխելու հատկություն, երբ ենթարկվում է ուլտրամանուշակագույն և տեսանելի լույսի ազդեցությանը: Գիտնականներն այդ վերնաշերտն անվանել են մոլեկուլային արևային ջերմային պահպանման սարք (MOST): Էներգիան պահվում է այդ հեղուկում մոլեկուլային կապերի փոփոխությունների տեսքով, իսկ Էներգիան ազատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վերականգնել նախկին կապերը։ Հեղուկը կարող է օգտագործվել մինչև 1000 անգամ կամ մոտ երեք ամիս շարունակական աշխատանքի դեպքում:

Մոլեկուլային կապերում էներգիայի պահպանման արդյունավետությունն այդ մեթոդի համար եղել է ռեկորդային՝ 2,3 %։ Միաժամանակ հեղուկը հովացնում է սիլիցիումային ֆոտոբջիջը, քանի որ գտնվում է նրա մակերեսին։ Մինչև 39 °C ուղղակի տաքացման ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում հեղուկը նվազեցնում է սիլիցիումային տարրի ջերմաստիճանը 8 °C-ով, ինչը բարձրացնում է դրա արդյունավետությունը 0,2 %-ով (մինչև 12,6 %)։ Նման հիբրիդային բջջի ընդհանուր արդյունավետությունը կազմել է 14,9 %: Այնուամենայնիվ քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր բաղադրիչ կարող է բարելավվել, ապագա արդյունավետությունը կարող է հասնել կոմերցիոն ընդունելի մակարդակների ապահովելով ավելացված արդյունավետության, երկարակեցության և համեմատաբար ցածր գներ իր հավելյալ առավելություններով:
