Մոլդովական ձախողումը կբարձրացնի Փաշինյանի «գինը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Մոլդովայում նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը կկայանա նոյեմբերի 3-ին։ Գործող նախագահ Մայա Սանդուն չի կարողացել հաղթահարել 50 տոկոսի շեմը. նա ստացել է ձայների 42 տոկոսից մի փոքր ավելին: Նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Ալեքսանդր Ստոյանոգլոն, որը քննադատում է Սանդուին Մոսկվայի հետ առճակատման քաղաքականության համար, ստացել է 26 տոկոսից մի փոքր ավելի քվե։ Եռյակը եզրափակում է «Մեր կուսակցության» առաջնորդ Ռենատո Ուսատին՝ ձայների 13,77 տոկոսով։
 
Նախագահական ընտրություններին զուգահեռ հանրապետությունում անցկացվել է եվրաինտեգրման հանրաքվե։ Ի վերջո, ԵՄ-ին ինտեգրվելու օգտին քվեարկողների թիվը մի կերպ անցավ 50 տոկոսը. տարբերությունը դեմ քվեարկողների հետ կազմում է մոտ 12 հազար ձայն։ Ընդ որում, մինչև վերջին պահը ԵՄ կողմնակիցների թիվը զիջում էր դեմերին, բայց գիշերվա ընթացքում հիմնականում «սփյուռքի» քվեների (Մոլդովայի ընտրությունների մասնակիցների մոտ 15 %-ն ապրում է արտերկրում, հիմնականում` ԵՄ անդամ երկրներում) ու, ըստ շատ փորձագետների, ձայների կասկածելի հաշվարկի արդյունքում Մոլդովայի Սահմանադրության մեջ կամրագրվի համապատասխան դրույթը։ Ավելին, նշենք, որ Մոլդովայի շրջանների մեծ մասում դեմ են քվեարկել:
 
Շատ փորձագետներ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ նշում են, որ սա փաստացի պարտություն էր Արևմուտքի համար: Նախ՝ մոլդովացիները հստակ ցույց տվեցին, որ արևմտամետ Մայա Սանդուն կիսանախագահ է և ներկայացնում է եթե ոչ երկրի բնակչության փոքրամասնությունը, ապա հաստատ ոչ վստահ մեծամասնությունը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ եվրաքվեն ինքնին ցույց տվեց, որ մոլդովացիները ցույց են տալիս իրենց դժգոհությունը Բրյուսելին և Վաշինգտոնին։ Պարզ է, որ Սանդուն չի վերահսկում երկիրը, հեղինակություն չունի քաղաքացիների շրջանում և չի կարող հասարակական կարծիքը տանել Արևմուտքին ձեռնտու հունով։ Ավելին, նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլում կարող է լուրջ «կոալիցիա» ձևավորվել, ինչի հետևանքով ուշագրավ արդյունքներ գուցե գրանցվեն: Արդյունքում Մոլդովան չի միանա Ուկրաինային, ավելին՝ չի դառնա երկրորդ Ուկրաինա: Արևմուտքի այս ծրագիրն առայժմ ձախողվել է նաև Վրաստանում, և հիմա այնտեղ փորձ է արվելու ստեղծել լարվածության լուրջ օջախ, ինչի «ծաղիկներն» արդեն երևում են:
 
Ի՞նչ են Հայաստանի համար նշանակում Արևմուտքի նոր անհաջողությունները հետխորհրդային տարածքում: Իսկ դրանք նշանակում են վտանգի բարձր մակարդակ։ Առավել ևս, որ Արևմուտքի համար այս անբարենպաստ ֆոնին Հայաստանը ավելի ու ավելի է առանձնանում իր պատրաստակամությամբ՝ փոխարինելու հակառուսական ճակատում բոլոր կասկածողներին և խուսանավողներին։ Ու քանի որ ձախողումները հաջորդում են միմյանց, Արևմուտքի համար էապես մեծանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա իշխանության «գինը»:
