Մհեր Գրիգորյանի դեմ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ենք ներկայացրել, և հետամուտ ենք լինելու, որ նա կանգնի դատարանի առջև․ Ավետիք Չալաբյան

«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնող խմբի համակարգող, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Այսօր Ազգային ժողովում լսումների ժամանակ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղացնող Մհեր Գրիգորյանը փորձեց հիմնավորել այս տարի Տավուշում իրենց կողմից հայկական տարածքների զիջումը և զորքերի միակողմանի հետ քաշումը այն ծիծաղաշարժ փաստարկով, որ դրա հիմքը հանդիսացել է ԽՍՀՄ ԳՇ կողմից հրապարակված 1976 թ․ քարտեղը, և իրենք ընդամենը այնտեղ "վերականգնում" էին գործող սահմանը, ոչ թե նոր սահման էին գծում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։ Այս կապակցությամբ ես պարոն Գրիգորյանին ցանկանում եմ մի քանի հարց ուղղել՝

ա) Արդյոք վերը նշված քարտեղը Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի կողմից մինչև Տավուշում իրականացրած տարածքների հանձնումը արդեն ընդունվել է որպես հետագա սահմանազատման հիմք, եթե այո, ապա ինչ փաստաթղթով, և երբ է վավերացվել համապատասխան երկրների խորհրդարանների կողմից։

բ) Եթե դա այդպես է, ապա ինչ՞ու ՀՀ ԱԺ ներկայացված Սահմանազատման կանոնակարգում դա ամրագրված չի, եթե այդպես չի, ապա ի՞նչ իրավական հիմքով եք Ձեր գլխավորած հանձնաժողովը տարածքների հանձնում իրականացրել, մինչև դրա պատշաճ իրավական հիմք ստեղծելը։

գ) Եթե դա այդպես է, ինչ՞ու Ադրբեջանը խնդրո առարկա հատվածում իր սեփական զինված ուժերի հետքաշում չի իրականացրել Բերքաբեր բնակավայրին այդ իսկ քարտեզով պատկանող տարածքներից։

դ) Եթե դա այդպես չի, ապա չ՞եք համարում, որ անձամբ Դուք, որպես պետական պաշտոնյա, վերազանցել եք Ձեր իրավասությունները, և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքներ եք զիջել Ադրբեջանին, առանց ունենալու դրա համար որևէ վավերական իրավական հիմք:

Ընդամենը հավելեմ, որ վերջին հարցով մենք պրն Գրիգորյանի դեմ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ենք ներկայացրել, և հետամուտ ենք լինելու, որ նա կանգնի դատարանի առջև և այս հարցերին պատասխանի այնտեղ, ոչ թե փորձի պրիմիտիվ մանիպուլացիաներով Ազգային ժողովում մարդկանց մոլորության մեջ դնել։
