«Հեծանվացավը»՝ ռազմավարական ծրագի՞ր. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ «Փաստը» տեղեկություն էր հրապարակել, որ «հեծանվացավը» հասել է դպրոց, այն է՝ մարզային մի շարք հանրակրթական դպրոցների հեծանիվներ են հատկացվել, իսկ տնօրեններին հանձնարարական է իջեցվել, որ, ինչպես հարկն է, գովազդեն հեծանիվը: Բացի այն, որ նախօրեին մեր հիշյալ տեղեկությունը հաստատվեց, նաև հայտնի դարձավ, որ այն շարունակություն էլ ունի, այսինքն՝ երկրորդ փուլ: Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, պետականորեն ձեռք է բերվել 6500 հեծանիվ: Կարճ ասած՝ հարկատուների հաշվին իրականացվում է «հեծանվացավ» ռազմավարական ծրագիր:

Փաշինյանը կարծում է, թե այդպես երկրում զարգացնում է հեծանվասպորտը: Սա նույնն է, եթե դպրոցներին գնդակներ բաժանես ու մտածես, թե ֆուտբոլ ես զարգացնում: «Վարչապետի գավաթ» էլ արեցին ու անում են: Էլի, բնականաբար, հարկատուների հաշվին: Այս ամենի վերաբերյալ մի քանի հարց է ծագում: Նախ՝ տպավորություն է, թե «կրակմարիչների պատմության» նման ինչ-որ մեկին պետք է արագի մեջ «հեծանիվի գործ անել»: Երկրորդ՝ այս ամենի վրա («Վարչապետի գավաթն» էլ ներառյալ) ահռելի պետական միջոցներ են ծախսվում:

Մեր երկիրն էլ ուրիշ բանի վրա միջոցներ ծախսելու խնդիր չունի՞: Երրորդ՝ գյուղական ճամփաներին ի՞նչ են անելու այդ հեծանիվներով, քանի՞ օր են դրանք դիմանալու: Մի խոսքով, բազում հարցեր, որ պատասխաններ չունեն: Կարևորը՝ երկիրը «հեծանվացավի» են բերել: Բայց ինչո՞ւ միայն հեծանվացավի: Այս իշխանությունը ինչ բերել է, խորքում «ցավն» է...
