Բաքուն նոր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դեմ

Բաքվի Սաբայիլի շրջանային դատարանը երկարաձգել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կալանքի ժամկետը, ով 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերից կեղծ մեղադրանքներով ապօրինաբար պահվում է Բաքվի բանտում։ 

Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի է, ինչ շինծու մեղադրանքներով և ապօրինի կերպով Բաքվի բանտում է պահվում 23 հայ գերի։ Պահվող անձանց թվում են նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին նախագահները՝ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, Բակո Սահակյանը, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ինչպես նաև ԼՂ նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանը, ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը, ՊԲ նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Դավիթ Մանուկյանը, որոնց Ադրբեջանն ապօրինի ձերբակալել և կեղծ մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ ռազմական ագրեսիայից հետո։ 

Վերջերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ մեղադրանքն է՛լ ավելի է խստացվել՝ ավելացել է պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ոչնչացման հոդվածը։ Երեկ էլ Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և մյուսների դեմ նոր մեղադրանք են ավելացրել՝ միանգամից 9 նոր հոդվածներով՝ 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Գյանջայի վրա իրականացված հրթիռային հարվածի համար։ Ադրբեջանի դատախազությունը պնդում է, թե զոհվել է 26 խաղաղ բնակիչ, իսկ 175-ը ստացել է տարբեր ծանրության վնասվածքներ։ Բաքուն շինծու հոդվածներով հիմքեր է ստեղծում Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը ընդհուպ ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտելու համար, որքան էլ միջազգային կառույցները հայտարարեն նրանց ազատելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։

Մյուս կողմից էլ, նոյեմբերին Բաքվում կայանալու է COP29 համաժողովը, որին հայկական կողմը դեռ իր մասնակցությունը չի հաստատել կամ հերքել։ Ի վերջո, ինչքան իրեն անողնաշարի պես պահի ՀՀ իշխանությունը, այնքան Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է լկտիանալ։
