Սեպտեմբերին 249 հարկ վճարողի մոտ գրանցվել է ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել են հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման 249 դեպք և շուրջ 131 մլն դրամի չափով տուգանք։ Արձանագրված խախտումներից 11 դեպքով 11 հարկ վճարողի մոտ արձանագրվել է 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք՝ ընդհանուր 65.6 մլն դրամի չափով:

Հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքերով 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք արձանագրվել է փաստացի գործունեության հետևյալ ոլորտներում.

առևտրի իրականացման վայրի կազմակերպման ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 2․56 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

կացության կազմակերպման ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 2․07 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

հանրային սնունդ (չունի հանդիսությունների սրահ) 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 2․08 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի ոլորտում 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 10 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, այլ ոլորտներում 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 10 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, ավտոգազալցակայանի ոլորտներում 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 22․68 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, ավտոտեխսպասարկման և (կամ) ավտոլվացման, ավտոպահեստամասերի առևտրի ոլորտներում 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 7․8 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

մթերային խանութում 3 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 3 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 6.95 մլն դրամ տուգանք,

այլ ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․46 մլն դրամ տուգանք։

ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում թույլ տված և 1․0 մլն դրամ և ավելի գումարով տուգանված 11 հարկ վճարողների անվանական ցանկը՝ ըստ գործունեության ոլորտների, կցվում է:

ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում թույլ տված 249 հարկ վճարողների ցանկը կցվում է:
