Քյարամյանին կհանե՞ն. ՔՊ-ն խոստովանեց, որ հանցավոր սինդիկատ է

Հանցավորության ծայրահեղ բարձր ցուցանիշներ, հովանավորչություն և կոռուպցիա, կալանքը որպես զպսման միջոցի կիրառում, օրենքի և արդարադատության բռնաբարում: Եվ սրանք գործող իշխանությունների հանցավոր վարքի մի քանի ինքնախոստովանություններն էին, որ «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորներն ու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն արեցին իրենց բերանով, խորհրդարանում։

Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն իր մտերիմ պատգամավորների հետ երեկ հերթական թատերական ներկայացումն էր ուզում բեմադրել՝ մի քանի ուժայինների «փուռը տալու» համար։ Եթե ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանը հասկացավ, թե իր դեմ ինչ դավեր են նյութում, ապա կաթից նոր կտրված ու գեներալական ուսադիրներից իրականության հետ կապը կորցրած Քննչական կոմիտեի պետին հաջողվեց հանել հունից։ Վերջինս էլ խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից առանց այլևայլությունների հայտարարեց՝ ՔՊ-ից զանգահարում, միջնորդում են գործեր չհարուցել տարբեր մարդկանց դեմ։ «Ինչո՞ւ են ինձ զանգահարում: Բա կոռուպցիայի ու հովանավորչության դեմ պայքարից եք խոսում»,- նեղսրտում էր Քյարամյանը՝ չհասկանալով, որ դրանով իր դեմ է հանում ողջ ՔՊ-ին։

Արդյունքում, ունենք խայտառակ մի պատկեր, երբ պատգամավորն ու ՔԿ պետն իրար են հայհոյում, անվանարկում, իսկ Քոչարյան Անդրանիկի համար առիթ ստեղծում ևս մեկ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի հեռացման հիմքեր ձևավորելու։

Այժմ գնդակը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դաշտում է։ Արդյո՞ք նա վասն իր խմբակցության հեղինակության կհեռացնի ֆավորիտի կարգավիճակ ստացած Քյարամյանին, թե՞ հերթական անգամ հանրության մոտ ցույց կատ, որ «Քաղպայմանագրի» խմբակցությունը «չուլերի հավաքածու» է։

Երկու դեպքում էլ տուժում է գործող իշխանությունը։ Թե չէ, հանրությունը վաղուց գիտի, որ ՔՊ-ն հանցավոր սինդիկատ է, որտեղ հանցանքները լուծվում են զանգերով, ընտրովի արդարադատությամբ, հովանավորչությամբ և կոռուպցիայով։
