ԵԱՏՄ օգուտները և ՀՀ իշխանությունների վարքը

Հայաստանի վիճակագրական կոմիտեն օրերս հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունը 2024 թ. 8 ամսում աճել է` անցնելով 21 մլրդ դոլարի շեմը։ Այս ցուցանիշների մեջ ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունն առաջնային տեղում է, որտեղ գերակշռում է ՌԴ–ի հետ ունեցած ծավալները: 2023 թ. հունվար–օգոստոսին առևտրաշրջանառությունը եղել է 4 մլրդ 308.9 մլն դոլարի, իսկ 2024 թ. հունվար–օգոստոսին` հասել 8 մլրդ 982 մլն դոլարի։ Եվրամիության երկրների հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը մի քանի անգամ պակաս է՝ 2023 թ. հունվար–օգոստոսին` 1 մլրդ 848.4 մլն դոլար, իսկ 2024 թ. հունվար–օգոստոսին` 1 մլրդ 494.3 մլն դոլար։

2024 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոս ամիսներին Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը 2023 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոսի մակարդակի նկատմամբ կազմել է 104,5 տոկոս։ Ըստ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայության, 2024 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոս ամիսներին արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի աճ է նկատվել ԵԱՏՄ բոլոր պետություններում: ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում արդյունաբերական արտադրության ծավալն 8 ամսում աճել է 4,5 %-ով, ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը Հայաստանում է գրանցվել՝ 13,7 %։

ԵԱՏՄ-ն և հատկապես Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի առանցքային տնտեսական գործընկերներն են, սրանից ստացվող օգուտներն անհաշվելի են, իսկ կապերի խզումը ծանրագույն հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի համար։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակում են քայլեր ձեռնարկել գործընկերների ու դաշնակիցների դեմ։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում ՌԴ-ից որոշ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ են սպասվում, այժմ իշխանությունը խնդիր ունի այդ զարգացումների մասին նախազգուշացնելու, որ ձմռանը հայտարարեն, թե «մենք ձեզ ասել էինք»։
