«Քաղպայմանագիրը» ուժայինների դեմ նոր «օպերացիաներ» է մշակում

Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի պաշտոնանկությունը, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, միակը չի լինելու, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ատամ ունի այլ ուժայինների դեմ ևս, և փորձում է նրանց էլ հեռացնել։ Մասնավորապես, ՔՊ թիրախում են ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանն ու Քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը։ Երկուսն էլ երկար ժամանակ համարվել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սրտի կադրերը, բայց այսօր արդեն ոչ Փաշինյանը, ոչ ՔՊ-ականները նրանց վստահելու հիմքեր չունեն։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, երկուսին էլ հեռացնելը, առանց պատճառ նշելու, առնվազն վտանգավոր կարող է լինել։ Այդ կապակցությամբ, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովը՝ իր տխրահռչակ նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ, նոր օպերացիա է մշակել։ Հենց այսօր խորհրդարանում լսումներ են ընթանում «ՀՀ-ում 2019-2024 թթ. հանցավորության վիճակի, բարեփոխումների արդյունքների շուրջ» թեմայով, որին հրավիրել են Վահե Ղազարյանին, Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին, գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին։ Վերջինիս նկատմամբ Փաշինյանը շատ լավ է տրամադրված, ուղղակի կանչել են՝ պարիտետը պահելու համար։ Զարմանալիորեն, ԱԺ չի հրավիրվել Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը, թեև կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունները Հայաստանում ամենաշատն են ու վտանգավորը։

Իսկ արդեն խորհրդարանում, հենց ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների ձեռամբ ցույց են տալու, որ երկրում քրեածին իրավիճակը բարդ է, իրավապահներն էլ ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում այդ ուղղությամբ։ Դրանից հետո Ղազարյանից ու Քյարամյանից ազատվելը տեխնիկայի հարց կդառնա։

Ի դեպ, այսօր կայանալու է ՔՊ վարչության նիստ, քննարկելու են արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնի նոր թեկնածուներին, որոնք չորսն են՝ վարչապետի խոսնակ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, պատգամավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, փոխքաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանն ու փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյանը։
