Գործարար Կարեն Հակոբյանը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ից ակնհայտ անհիմն դատական ակտի հիման վրա գտնվում է անազատության մեջ:

Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի որոշումը բողոքարկվել էր վերաքննության կարգով՝ հստակ հիմքերի և հիմնավորումների ներկայացմամբ, նույնիսկ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցների համակցված կիրառման միջնորդությամբ որի մերժման ողջամիտ հիմքերը պարզապես բացառվում էին:

2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ը նշանակվել էր դատական ակտի հրապարակման օր, սակայն այդպես էլ դատական ակտի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն չէր տրամադրվել: Այսօր միայն պարզ դարձավ, որ հատուկ վերանայման բողոքը մերժվել է: Նշված որոշմանն առավել մանրամասն անդրադարձ կկատարվի հաջորդիվ, սակայն այն փաստը, որ նախկինում երբևէ չարատավորված, մշտապես պատշաճ վարքագիծ դրսևորած, գործարարը կարող է լինել կալանավորված առանց որևէ հիմքի և ավելին՝ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներն անտեսվեն փաստում է այն, որ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ուղիղ չարաշահվում է և այն որևէ առնչություն չունի դրա օրենսդրական հիմքերի և նպատակների հետ: Սա առհասարակ սառեցնող էֆֆեկտ կարող է ունենալ ոլորտի նկատմամբ:
