Ի՞նչ է սպասվում «միջանցքին». նոր վտանգ ՀՀ գլխին

Աշխաբադում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանի հանդիպումն ուշագրավ զարգացումներ է խոստանում։ Երկու նախագահների բանակցություններն անցկացվել են Թուրքմենստանում կայացած «Ժամանակների և քաղաքակրթությունների փոխկապակցվածությունը՝ խաղաղության և զարգացման հիմք» միջազգային համաժողովի շրջանակներում և տևել են շուրջ մեկ ժամ:

Թեհրանի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունները քաղաքական և տնտեսական, բարեկամական և ռազմավարական բնույթ ունեն, նշել է Իրանի նախագահը՝ հավելելով, որ Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը հիանալի փոխլրացնող ներուժ ունեն և կարող են օգնել միմյանց։ Ընդ որում, միջազգային ասպարեզում երկու երկրների դիրքորոշումները մոտ են: «Տարածաշրջանում այժմ իրավիճակը բարդ է։ Ամերիկան և Եվրոպան չեն ցանկանում, որ տարածաշրջանը հանդարտվի», - ասել է Փեզեշքիանը։

Նախագահների հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել Մոսկվայում Պուտին-Փաշինյան հանդիպումից օրեր անց։ Երկկողմ պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել, որ հունվարի 1-ից ռուս սահմանապահները կհեռանան հայ-իրանական սահմանի հսկիչ-սահմանային կետից, Հայաստան-Իրան և Հայաստան-Թուրքիա պետական սահմանի պահպանությանը կմասնակցեն նաև ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Սահմանապահ զորքերը, իսկ Հայաստան-Իրան պետական սահմանի հսկիչ-սահմանային կետում ծառայությունն ամբողջությամբ կիրականացվի ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Սահմանապահ զորքերի ուժերով։

Դմիտրի Պեսկովն էլ հայտարարել էր, թե Պուտինն իր հանդիպումներում քննարկել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցը։ Ընդ որում, առաջին անգամ էր, որ ՌԴ-ն օգտագործել էր ՀՀ համար խնդրահարույց «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմինը։

Մեծ հավանականությամբ, միջանցքի հարցը քննարկվել է նաև Պուտին-Փեզեշքիան հանդիպմանը։

Այսօր էլ Երևանում կայացած համաժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է հայտարարել, թե շատ կարևոր է հասկանալ թե «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի վերաբերյալ ինչ նկատառումներ ունեն այլ երկրները։ «Իմ վերլուծությամբ՝ ի՞նչ է մտածում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը։ Տարանցիկ ուղիները շատ էական և՛ տնտեսական, և՛ քաղաքական նշանակություն ունեն, այդ թվում՝ արտաքին քաղաքական նշանակություն։ Եվ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կարող է ունենալ մտահոգություն, որ այդ ամբողջ հոսքերն այս տարածքով անցնի իր համար կարող է լինել ընդունելի, եթե ինքը շարունակի որոշակի ազդեցություն ունենալ այդ ովքերի կառավարման վրա։ Ինչ չափի ազդեցություն՝ էական չէ։ Եվ սա էլ է գործոն, որը մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք»։

«Իմ տպավորությամբ, հասկանալի է, որ արևմտյան երկրների համար այս ճանապարհը, գոնե առայժմ, լավատեսության ոչ մի հիմք չի տալիս, բայց նրանց համար խնդրահարույց է: Նրանք չեն ուզում, որ հոսքերը հիմնականում հոսեն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության տարածքով՝ հարաբերությունների մի շարք հանգամանքների պատճառով: Սա էլ գործոն է, որը պետք է ուղղակի մտքում ունենալ: Ինչ է ուզում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը: Իրանն այն քիչ երկրներից է, որ հստակ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին»,-ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Թե՛ Մոսկվայից հնչող կարծիքները, թե՛ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի օրեցօր սաստկացող հռետորաբանությունը վկայում են, որ առաջիկայում լուրջ զարգացումներ են սպասվում հենց տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների առումով։
