Փաշինյանը փորձում է «հակառուսականությունը» թանկով վաճառել Արևմուտքին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Մոսկվայում կայացած ԱՊՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի նիստի շրջանակում Հայաստանը չի միացել «Եվրասիայում անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների» և «Միջազգային հարաբերություններում միակողմանի միջոցների կիրառման անթույլատրելիության» վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին: Այս հանգամանքը բավական շատ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք տվեց: Թե՛ հայկական, թե՛ արտերկրյա մեծաթիվ փորձագետներ կարծում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու թիմը «մեսիջ» են հղում ՌԴ-ին, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա են բազմաթիվ հարցեր, միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ցույց տալ Արևմուտքին, որ ՀՀ-ն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում բոյկոտելու է եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները և, այսպես ասած, «ատամ» է ցույց տալու Մոսկվային։

Թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը՝ նշելով, որ Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիան և դրա շրջանակներում բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչումը՝ էներգետիկ-տրանսպորտային, ներդրումային և հումանիտար, ՌԴ-ի արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններից է, և բոյկոտելով որոշակի փաստաթղթերի ստորագրումն այդ կազմակերպության ներսում՝ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանին վերագրում է, այսպես կոչված, Արևմուտքի «տրոյական ձիու» գործառույթ։ «Միջազգային հարաբերություններում միակողմանի միջոցների կիրառման անթույլատրելիության» վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթը Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցների քննադատություն է պարունակում։ Արևմուտքը միակողմանի պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառել ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ և այդ փաստաթղթի ընդունումը Մոսկվայի համար կարևոր էր՝ որպես ԵԱՏՄ-ի կոլեկտիվ պատասխան Արևմուտքին, և այս առումով, ըստ ալիքի հեղինակների, ՀՀ-ի կողմից այս փաստաթղթին չմիանալը Երևանի փորձն է «չայրել կամուրջները» նաև Արևմուտքի հետ։

«Փաշինյանը փորձում է «հակառուսականությունը» թանկով վաճառել Արևմուտքին՝ սեփական իշխանության պահպանման համար։ Փաշինյանի համար արտաքին քաղաքականությունը սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելուն ուղղված միջոցառումների շղթա է՝ այսօր նա ռուսամետ է, վաղը՝ արևմտամետ։ Հայաստանը Փաշինյանի օրոք բոյկոտում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի աշխատանքները, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ չի մասնակցում ԵԱՏՄ միջոցառումներին՝ դա փորձելով ներկայացնել որպես արտաքին քաղաքականության դիվերսիֆիկացիա, իսկ իրականում ՔՊ-ն կատարում է Արևմուտքի հակառուսական հրահանգները»,նշում են հեղինակներն ու հավելում, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի կայացումն ու ինտեգրացիայի խորացումը չի բխում ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի և անգլո-սաքսոնական ուժերի շահերից, քանի որ Վաշինգտոնը, Բրյուսելն ու Լոնդոնը ցանկանում են չեզոքացնել ռուսական ռազմա-քաղաքական, տնտեսական, էներգետիկ ներկայությունը հետխորհրդային տարածքում և ողջ նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարածքը վերածել «նոր Ուկրաինայի»՝ հակառուսական երկրների կոալիցիայի:
