Մարզպետը մտավախություն ունի, որ իրեն էլ են «հասնելու». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի Կապանի մասնաճյուղում ձերբակալել են ոչ միայն նախկին ռեկտոր Լեռնիկ Պետրոսյանին ու այլ աշխատակիցների, այլև երկու ուսանողների։ Նրանցից մեկը Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանի կրտսեր եղբայրն է, մյուսը՝ քպական պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիել յանի ընկերը։ Հեռակա բաժնում սովորող ուսանողներին արդեն ազատ են արձակել, քանի որ մեղադրանքը նույնիսկ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներին է անլուրջ թվացել, այն է՝ իբր ուսանողները 100 հազար դրամի լամինատ են ուղարկել բուհական լսարանը վերանորոգելու համար։ Ըստ Կապանում տարածված տեղեկությունների, ձերբակալությունների հետևում կանգնած է Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը։

Ասում են՝ նախկին ռեկտորը երբեք լավ հարաբերություններ չի ունեցել մարզպետի հետ, իսկ նրա նշանակման ժամանակ մարզպետի և մարզի ԱԱԾ բաժնի պետի կանայք դիմում են գրել ու հեռացել Ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի Կապանի մասնաճյուղում աշխատանքից։ Մարզպետ Ղուկասյանին իր գործողություններում աջակցումէ քպական մեկ այլ պատգամավոր՝ Նարեկ Ղահրամանյանը։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների, վերջինս ցանկացել է իր մտերիմին ռեկտոր նշանակել, բայց այդ կնոջ պաշտոնն են անգամ իջեցրել։ Մարզի մեր աղբյուրները հայտնեցին, որ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանի դիրքերը չափազանց թուլացել են Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշանյանի ու Քաջարանի քաղաքապետ Փարամազյանի դեմ քրեական գործերից հետո։

Սրան գումարենք այն հանգամանքը, որ մարզպետը Կապանի համայնքապետի հետ գրեթե թշնամական հարաբերություն ունենալով, առավել ևս շատ վատ հարաբերություններ ունի կապանցի պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիել յանի հետ, ապա առավել պարզ կլինի նրա դիրքերի թուլացման աստիճանը: Ըստ այդմ, շրջանառվող տեղեկություններով, Ղուկասյանը կարծում է, թե իշխանությունն իրեն էլ է «հասնելու», և պաշտոնը պահելու համար էլ փորձում է թուլացնել իր իսկ կուսակիցներին։
