Բաքուն չի հավատում Փաշինյանի արցունքներին

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր անիրականանալի պահանջների ներկայացումը, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «մանր շուստրիությունը»՝ հաշվի չի առնում։ Որպեսզի առայժմ խուսափի սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անելու պահանջից, գործող իշխանությունը ՍԴ որոշում բեմադրեցին, Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանող ճանաչեցին հանձնաժողովների կանոնակարգը, միաժամանակ՝ որոշմամբ դատավորները հայտարարեցին, թե Անկախության հռչակագիրն իրավական ուժ չունի։

Այս որոշումը, ըստ էության, չի փարատել Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունները, և Բաքուն՝ Ալիևի, Հաջիևի, նախօրեին էլ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էլչին Ամիրբեկովի բերանով կրկին պահանջել են փոխել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունն այսօրվա դրությամբ, ի վիճակի չէ գնալու նման փոփոխությունների, քանի որ հանրաքվեն տապալվելու է, իսկ իշխանության առանց այն էլ խախուտ դիրքերը՝ ավելի կթուլանան։ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն երեկ մի ճոխ պարզաբանում է տարածել՝ հայտարարելով, թե Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության հետագա տեքստում որևէ բան չկա, որ հնարավոր լինի մեկնաբանել որպես որևէ երկրի դեմ ուղղված տարածքային պահանջ։ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը, մասնավորապես, հայտարարել է․ - «ՀՀ Սահմանադրության նախաբանում հիշատակված հայոց պետականության հիմնարար սկզբունքները և համազգային նպատակները նրանք են, որոնք արտահայտված են ՀՀ Սահմանադրության հետագա տեքստի մեջ, իսկ այնտեղ որևէ բան չկա, որ հնարավոր լինի մեկնաբանել որպես որևէ երկրի դեմ ուղղված տարածքային պահանջ»։

Դիտարկմանը, թե Բաքուն պնդում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այլ իրավական ակտերում էլ տարածքային պահանջներ կան Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, Բադալյանը կրկին վկայակոչելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 5-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասը՝ շեշտել է՝ երբ Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրվի Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից, ստանա Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանելու մասին եզրակացությունը ՍԴ-ի կողմից և վավերացվի ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում, այն կստանա ավելի բարձր իրավական ուժ, քան որևէ ներքին օրենք:

Փաստացի, Երևանը Բաքվից խնդրում է կնքել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, առժամանակ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության պահանջ չներկայացնել, մինչև Փաշինյանը կարողանա ամրապնդվել։ Որից հետո միևնույն է՝ իրականացվելու են սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները։
