Ի՞նչ կփոխի Գուրգեն Արսենյանը

Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի նորանշանակ դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը հանդիպել է Դաշնության խորհրդի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, նախկին փոխարտգործնախարար Գրիգորի Կարասինի հետ։ ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության փոխանցմամբ, Արսենյանը հայտարարել է, թե ժամանել է, որպեսզի այս անհանգիստ ժամանակաշրջանում փորձի ջանքեր գործադրել՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի այդ հարաբերությունները լինեն այն վիճակում, որը կբավարարի կողմերին։

Ըստ ռուսական գործակալության՝ Արսենյանը նաև նշել է. - «Մենք պատասխանատու ենք մեր ժողովուրդների համար։ Մենք պետք է այնպիսի գործողություններ ձեռնարկենք, որ մեր ժողովուրդներն ապրեն հանգիստ, անվտանգ ու բարեկեցիկ միջավայրում», - Հայաստանի դեսպանի խոսքերն է մեջբերում ռուսական գործակալությունը։ Գուրգեն Արսենյանը Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան է նշանակվել նախագահի՝ օգոստոսի 14-ի հրամանագրով։ Դրանից օրեր առաջ նա վայր էր դրել պատգամավորական մանդատը, իսկ փաստաթղթերը Մոսկվա ուղարկել անցած աշնանը։

Արսենյանի ագրեմանը ՌԴ-ն երկար ժամանակ չէր հաստատում՝ հաշվի առնելով թե՛ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը, թե՛ հենց Արսենյանի հակառուսական հայտարարությունները։ Եվ այժմ, դեսպանի այս ճոռոմ մեկնաբանությունները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան քծնվելու առիթ։ Իրականում Մոսկվայում լուրջ անվստահություն ունեն դեսպանի նկատմամբ, փորձում են հասկանալ, թե ինչ առաքելությամբ է ժամանել, արդյո՞ք մտադիր է քայլեր ձեռնարկել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ, թե՞ Փաշինյանի ու նրա արևմտյան տերերի կողմից հանձնարարություն ունի ավելի խորացնելու անջրպետը։ Ըստ ամենայնի, իրականությունը հենց երկրորդն է, իսկ բարձրագոչ հայտարարությունները որևէ մեկին դժվար համոզեն հակառակում։
