Պարագլխի գրպանային ՍԴ-ի կողմից Անկախության հռչակագրի փաստացի չեղարկմանը առաջիկա ամիսներին հաջորդելու են հետևյալ քայլերը.
-համատեղ դիմումով լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը և մեկընդմիշտ փակել Արցախի հարցի լուծման միակ միջազգային ձևաչափը.
-հետ կանչել Ադրբեջանի դեմ բոլոր հայցերը միջազգային դատական ատյաններից.
-ներողություն խնդրել «հայերի վայրագությունների» համար և պատժել դրանց հեղինակներին, այն է` ազատամարտի հրամանատարներին.
-դենացիֆիկացնել հայկական ինքնությունը` սկսած փողոցների ու դպրոցների անվանափոխումներից, վերջացրած կրթական համակարգի ամորձատմամբ.
-իսպառ մոռանալ Բաքվում պահվող հայ պատանդներին անգամ տեսականորեն հետ բերելու մասին.
-Ադրբեջանին հանձնել արտատարածքային միջանցք` դա փաթեթավորելով «մասնավոր պահնորդական կազմակերպությանը տրված ճանապարհ» անվան տակ.
-էապես կրճատել բանակի թվակազմն ու սպառազինությունը, փակել ռազմամարզական կառույցները, դադարեցնել զենքի նոր խմբաքանակների գնումները, որևէ զորավարժություն չանցկացնել.
-Ադրբեջանին հանձնել Արարատի մարզի Տիգրանաշեն գյուղը, դրանով անցնող հայ-իրանական մայրուղին, նաև երեք անկլավ Տավուշում` Վերին Ոսկեպար, Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլու, համապատասխանաբար` դրանք մինի-միջանցքներով միացնել Ադրբեջանին.
-«միջազգայնորեն ընկալելի» երկրի (այն է` Թուրքիա) երաշխիքներով սկսել Հայաստանում ադրբեջանցիների բնակեցման գործընթացը:
