Փաշինյանն ու Միրզոյանը խոստովանում են «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» ձախողումը

Ադրբեջանն այնքան էլ հակված չէ ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։ Այս արձանագրումը երեկ խորհրդարանում արել  է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի հերթական պահանջները։ «Այն, որ Ադրբեջանը նոր թեմաներ է բերում դաշտ, նշանակում է, որ այո, ինքն այնքան էլ հակված չէ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելու։ Եվ մեր քաղաքական խնդիրն է փոխել ընդհանուր միջավայրը և մթնոլորտը, որպեսզի խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը դառնա իրատեսական», - ասաց վարչապետը, շարունակելով, - ինչ է ասում Ադրբեջանը, ինչ չի ասում, ես չեմ ասում, որ մենք դա պետք է չլսենք, բայց մյուս կողմից չի նշանակում, որ մենք Ադրբեջանի ամեն ասածից մեր ռազմավարությունը պետք է փոխենք, ոչ մեր ռազմավարությունները պետք է չփոխվեն»։

Ալիևը երեկ հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը պետք է ներողություն խնդրի «պատերազմական հանցագործությունների» համար, պատժի «մեղավորներին»։ «Եթե Հայաստանն իսկապես ուզում է խաղաղության հասնել Ադրբեջանի հետ, պետք է վճռականորեն դատապարտի գերեվարված ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ իրականացված գազանությունները։ Դա կարող է դառնալ երկու երկրների միջև վստահություն կառուցելու գործուն միջոցներից մեկը», - նշել է Ալիևը։

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի կարծիքով էլ, նոր պահանջներ առաջ քաշելով՝ Ադրբեջանը պարզապես չի ուզում ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։ Ելույթ ունենալով Վարշավայի անվտանգության ֆորումում՝ Միրզոյանը լացակումած հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանն է աջակցել Բաքվին Կլիմայական համաժողով անցկացնել։ «Վատ լուրն այն է, որ մենք գրեթե ավարտել ենք խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստը, բայց չենք ստորագրում այն», - ասել է նախարարը՝ փոխանցելով հայկական կողմի մտահոգությունները, որ Ադրբեջանը ռազմական նոր գործողությունների է պատրաստվում։ «Ես անձամբ ինքս որևէ վստահություն չունեմ Ադրբեջանի խաղաղարար նպատակների հարցում»,- ասել է նա։
