ՔՊ-ն նոր նախարարի փնտրտուքների մեջ է

Երեկ տեղի ունեցած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության նիստում քննարկվել են արդարադատության նախարարի թեկնածություններ: Նիստը վարել է վարչության նախագահ, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Այլ մանրամասներ տարածած հաղորդագրությունից չեն նշվում, բայց տարածված լուսանկարները փաստում են՝ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» մտահոգ է:

Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանը երեկ հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել։ «Խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգում դժվար կլինի նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցնելը, եթե նույնիսկ մեկ պատգամավորի հետ դրական համագործակցություն չունենաս: Ես տեղեկացա, որ խնդիր ունեմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության շուրջ երկու տասնյակ պատգամավորների հետ»,- գրել էր նա։

Անցած շաբաթ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցները Մինասյանի դեմ ստորագրահավաք են սկսել, որ քննարկեն նրա պաշտոնանկության հարցը։ Մինչ իշխանական պատգամավորների քննարկումը կլիներ, արդարադատության նախարարն իր կամքով գրեց դիմումը։ Նախագահը դեռ չի հասցրել ստորագրել Մինասյանին պաշտոնազրկելու հրամանը, իսկ ՔՊ-ում արդեն նոր նախարարի փնտրտուքների մեջ են։ Ընդ որում, Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ վարչությունը ցանկանում են իրենց քաղաքական թիմից որևէ մեկին նշանակել նախարարի պաշտոնում։ Ցանկանալը ցանկանում են, բայց կադրերի իսպառ բացակայության պայմաններում կարող են զավեշտալի նշանակում կատարել։ Այս պահի դրությամբ երեք թեկնածուի անուն են քննարկել՝ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյան, ԿԸՀ նախագահ Վահագն Հովակիմյան և ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արփի Դավոյան։

Վարդանյանին ՔՊ-ում առանձնապես չեն սիրում, ինքն էլ հակված չէ գործադիր տեղափոխվելու, ԱԺ-ում ավելի հարմարավետ է զգում։ Նախարար դառնալու ցանկություն չունի նաև Վահագն Հովակիմյանը, բայց նրա ցանկությունները Փաշինյանը երբեք էլ հաշվի չի առել։ Մնում է Արփի Դավոյանի թեկնածությունը։ Վերջինս իրավաբանական ոչ մի կրթություն չունի, թեև ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի անդամ է։ Դավոյանը Քպ-ում հայտնի է որպես «Փաշինյանի ականջ», ու չնայած շատ է ուզում իր տարաբախտ կենսագրության մեջ նաև նախարարի պաշտոն ավելացնել, իրենք ՔՊ-ականներն էլ հասկանում են նման որոշման ողջ աբսուրդայնությունը։ Վարչության նիստում որոշել են դեռ մի քանի օր էլ համբերել, մի քանի այլ թեկնածություն էլ քննարկել, ապա որոշում կայացնել։
