Սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունից ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժին տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ ԱԱԾ Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման անդամները, քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող, ՌԴ-ում բնակվող «օրենքով գողի» կարգավիճակ ստացած անձինք, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման մասնակից և դրա կողմից հետապնդվող նպատակների իրականացմանը ներգրավված «Կիլդիմ Արթուր» մականվամբ հայտնի Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Արթուր Մ․-ին տվել են հանձնարարական, որ նույն մարզի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Գնել Ս․-ից հետ ստանա վերջինիս նախօրոք տրված 4 հազար 5 հարյուր դոլարը, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Արթուր Մ․-ն գտնվում է «Արմավիր ՔԿՀ»-ում, ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Գնել Ս․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
