ԵԱՏՄ երկրները պետք է ապավինեն սեփական թվային լուծումներին, ապահովեն միության տեխնոլոգիական անկախությունը. Միշուստինը՝ Երևանում

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրները պետք է հիմնվեն թվային ոլորտում իրենց սեփական զարգացումների վրա. ոչ բարեկամ երկրների լուծումների օգտագործումը կարող է դժվարություններ ստեղծել ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների համար, հայտարարել է ՌԴ վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինը Եվրասիական տնտեսական ֆորումի լիագումար նիստում։

«Մենք կանգնած ենք լայնածավալ մարտահրավերի առաջ՝ ապահովել միության տեխնոլոգիական անկախությունը, պահպանել և մեծացնել տեխնոլոգիաների ներթափանցումը տնտեսություն, սոցիալական ոլորտ և պետական կառավարում, և մենք պետք է ապավինենք բացառապես սեփական զարգացումներին ու նորամուծություններին: Մենք պետք է շատ հստակ հասկանանք, որ թվային ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարումը, եվրասիական տարածքում թվային փոխակերպման ներդաշնակեցման գործընթացների զսպումը, ինչպես նաև միության մի շարք անդամների կողմից Ռուսաստանի համար ոչ բարեկամական երկրների որոշումների անզգույշ իրականացումը կարող է հանգեցնել առևտրային և վարչական խոչընդոտների առաջացմանը, որոնք կարող են խարխլել ինտեգրացիոն ասոցիացիայի հիմքերը»,- նշել է նա։

Միշուստինի խոսքով, ԵԱՏՄ երկրները պետք է հիմնեն իրենց մրցունակ թվային լուծումների արտադրությունը և ընդլայնեն համագործակցությունը առաջատար տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների միջև։

Խոսելով տեխնոլոգիական ինքնիշխանության մասին՝ նա նշել է, որ, մասնավորապես, Ռուսաստանն արդեն սեփական արտադրանքով բավարարում է ներքին սերվերային հարթակների  և տեղեկատվության պահպանման համակարգերի պահանջարկի կեսից ավելին։

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Ռուսաստանն ունի ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներ, թվային հարթակներ և իրականացնում է մի շարք էլեկտրոնային սարքերի արտադրություն: Եվ այստեղ մենք հրավիրում ենք մեր դաշինքի գործընկերներին անցում կատարելու այդ զարգացումներին, ստեղծել լրացուցիչ պահանջարկ և ամրապնդել թվային ինքնիշխանությունը: Գալիս է ժամանակը, երբ մենք պետք է ավելի ակտիվորեն պաշտպանենք մեր ընդհանուր թվային տեխնոլոգիաների շուկան ոչ տարածաշրջանային ընկերություններից»,- ընդգծել է Միշուստինը։
