Ադրբեջանի ախորժակը հատում է բոլոր սահմանները

Չէր հասցրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից հայտարարել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու իր մտադրության մասին, Ադրբեջանը հերթական լպիրշ պահանջները ներկայացրեց Հայաստանին։ Հիշեցնենք, Փաշինյանը նշել էր, որ եթե «մեր Սահմանադրական դատարանը կորոշի, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը հակասում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը (թեև մեր փորձագետները վստահեցնում են, որ դա հավանական չէ), այդ ժամանակ մենք կկանգնենք կոնկրետ իրավիճակի առաջ, որում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անհրաժեշտ կլինեն խաղաղության հասնելու համար»,- ասել է նա:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը La Repubblica թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի համար «լավագույն լուծումը» կլինի ռազմական չեզոքությունը, ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի դեմ ռազմական դաշինքների ստեղծումը։ Նա նշել է, թե Հայաստանի ռազմականացումը պետք է իրականացվի «պատասխանատու ձևով և համաչափ», մինչդեռ Բաքուն, նրա պնդմամբ, ինքնապաշտպանվելու իրավունք ունի: Հաջիևը նաև պնդել է, թե հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է պահանջի Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հանրաքվե։ «Մենք ցանկանում ենք խաղաղության հասնել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի կառավարության, այլև ժողովրդի հետ, որը պետք է պահանջի Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հանրաքվե՝ հրաժարվելով «ադրբեջանական տարածքների» նկատմամբ հավակնություններից: Հանրաքվեի ժամանակ հայերը պետք է ցույց տան, որ չեն պաշտպանում Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ հավակնությունները»,- ասել է Ալիևի օգնականը։

Բաքուն երբեք էլ չի թաքցրել իր նկրտումները։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս անգամ էլ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը «բարի ոստիկան, չար ոստիկան» խաղն է խաղում՝ մոլորեցնելով թե՛ միջազգային հանրությանը, թե՛ հայ ժողովրդին։ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի նախկին պատգամավոր Ահմեդ Էրոզանը գրել է, թե երկկողմ հանդիպումների շարքում, որոնք Էրդողանը անցկացրել է Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի առիթով, թերևս, ամենակարևորը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումն էր։ «Թեև «մեկ ազգ, երկու պետություն» սկզբունքը հիմնարար է, սակայն ժամանակն է, որ Թուրքիան տարանջատի Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններն այլ պետությունների քաղաքականությունից և արագ կարգավորի սեփական հարաբերությունները Երևանի հետ։ Չի կարելի բաց թողնել Թուրքիային ձեռնտու ազդակը՝ ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերի առումով։ Ավելին, Ալիևը նույնիսկ իր մեջ համարձակություն է գտել պաշտոնապես մերժել Էրդողանին Ղարաբաղի հարցում»,- գրել է նախկին պատգամավորը։

Այսկերպ, Հայաստանին մղում են դեպի Թուրքիան, որն իբր ավելի մեղմ դիրքորոշումներ ունի։ Իրականում, ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ վարվում են գայլի պես՝ խաբելով սպանդանոց ուղեկցելով «ոչխարների հոտին»։
