Պոչամբարի անվտանգ կառավարման նոր համակարգն արդեն շահագործվում է

ԶՊՄԿ-ն դեռեւս անցյալ տարի հայտարարեց, որ ընթացքի մեջ է բնապահպանական արդի տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման մեծածավալ գործընթացը, որի շրջանակներում կոմբինատը նախատեսում է ներդնել միջազգային լավագույն փորձին համապատասխանող բնապահպանական կայունության ապահովման   նոր համակարգեր։

Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան ԶՊՄԿ-ից հայտնեցին,  որ բնապահպանական կառավարման արդիականացման ծրագրերն ըստ ժամանակացույցի իրականացվում են։ Ներկայումս արդեն իսկ ավարտվել են  լայնատիրույթ 1 սեյսմոմետրի և 9 աքսելերոմետրերի տեղադրման աշխատանքները Գեղիի ջրամբարի և Արծվանիկի պոչամբարի կայունության կառավարման և անվտանգ շահագործում ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որի մասին ևս տարեսկզբից հայտարարվել էր։ Այդ մոնիթորինգի համակարգերը նախագծված են հիդրոտեխնիկական կառույցների կայունության ապահովման  և պատվարների անվտանգ շահագործման համար։ Այն թույլ է  տալիս ցանկացած ֆիզիկական/տեկտոնական շարժման դեպքում, հասկանալ պոչամբարի զգայնությունը և դրա թույլատրելի շեղումները։ 

«Իտալիայից վերջերս ներկրված սարքավորումները (սեյսմոդաչիկներ),  որոնք տեղադրվում են պոչամբարի պատվարին և հարակից լանջերին, ֆիզիկական շարժման դեպքում, ավտոմատ արձագանքման համակարգով գրանցելու են կայունության ցուցանիշների փոփոխությունը, համեմատելով դրանք   թույլատրելի շեղումների  ցուցանիշների հետ։ Ըստ էության, դա բարձրացնում է  պոչամբարի կայունության վերահսկողությունը, որի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է լինելու էլեկտրոնային համակարգով գնահատել պոչամբարի պատվարի ցանկացած տատանում  կամ  շեղում, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է պոչամբարի անվտանգ կառավարման տեսակետից,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց ԶՊՄԿ Կայուն զարգացման տնօրենի տեղակալ Տարոն Նավասարդյանը։ Բացատրելով տեղադրված համակարգի աշխատանքի սկզբունքը և կարևորությունը, նա շեշտեց, որ հիդրոտեխնիկական կառույցների պատվարների սեյսմիկ անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, աշխարհում ընդունված լուծումը պատվարի վրա և հարակից հարթակներում ժամանակակից բարձր զգայունության սարքերի տեղադրումն է, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր է դառնում լուծել մի շարք կարևոր խնդիրներ՝ պարզել կառույցի դինամիկ բնութագիրը, ուսումնասիրել տվյալ գոտու սեյմիկ ռեժիմը, վերլուծել և պարզել  հիդրոտեխնիկական կառույցի շահագործման ընթացքում առաջացած հնարավոր հարուցված սեյսմիկության պատկերը և բնույթը, ինչպես նաև օգտագործել սարքերի գրանցած տվյալները սեյսմիկ վտանգի վերլուծության և գնահատման աշխատանքներում։

«Առաջադեմ սեյսմիկ համակարգերը հագեցած են թե՛ սեյսմոմետրերով, թե՛ աքսելերոմետրերով։ Դրանք կոչված են գրանցելու  ինչպես փոքր տատանումները, այնպես էլ, ուժեղ սեյսմիկ տատանումները։ Կարևոր ձեռքբերում եմ համարում այս համակարգի առկայությունը, քանի որ դա զգալի ներդրում է պատվարի անվտանգ շահագործման ապահովման միտված աշխատանքներում, և թույլ է տալիս ինժեներներին կատարելագործել պատվարների կոնստրուկցիաները՝ նվազագույնին հասցնելով սեյսմիկ ռիսկը», - ասաց Տարոն Նավասարդյանը։

 Պետք է նաև նշել, որ այս տեխնոլոգիան առաջին անգամ է կիրառվել Հայաստանում և դա հնարավոր եղավ իրականացնել բացառապես ոլորտի լավագույն մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ։
