Խաղաղություն ամեն գնով. Փաշինյանը ելույթներ է ունենում

Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի շրջանակներում վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն հանդիպումներ է ունենում, այցելում Թուրքիայի նախագահին, այլև արդեն մի քանի ելույթ է ունեցել։ Ու բոլոր ելույթներում էլ նա խոսում է բացառապես խաղաղության հասնելու իր ծրագրի մասին։ Որևէ բառ Ադրբեջանի կատարած վայրագությունների, Արցախի հայաթափման, բռնի տեղահանվածների իրավունքների, ցեղասպանության դատապարտման մասին չկա։

Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը՝ ԱԳ նախարար Բայրամովը, ընդհակառակը, իր բոլոր ելույթներում ու հանդիպումներում մեղադրանքներ է հասցեագրում Հայաստանին, կրկին պնդում ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Փաշինյանը երեկ մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում կազմակերպված «Առաջնորդություն հանուն խաղաղության. ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության շուրջ համախմբված, անվտանգ ապագայի որոնումներով» խորագրով քննարկմանը, հայտարարել, թե ինքն ու իր գլխավորած կառավարությունը հանձնառու են տարածաշրջանում հակամարտության էջը փակելուն և ներկա դինամիկան փոխակերպելու համագործակցության՝ հանուն բարգավաճման, կայունության և խաղաղության։ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի հետ: «Հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագրի արդեն համաձայնեցված հոդվածները` մինչև Բաքվում կայանալիք COP29-ը, այդպիսով ստեղծելով խթանող միջավայր խաղաղ գործընթացն առաջ մղելու համար»,- ասել է նա:

Իր հեղինակած և անորոշ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագիրն էլ, ըստ Փաշինյանի, նպատակ ունի բացել տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական ներուժը և ամրապնդել տնտեսական և մշակութային կապերը՝ դրանով իսկ նպաստելով քաղաքական երկխոսությանը և համապարփակ խաղաղության ձեռքբերմանը՝ ի շահ բոլոր ժողովուրդների։ «Մենք պատրաստ ենք օգտագործել դրական տեմպը և շարունակել սահմանների սահմանազատման գործընթացը՝ մեր սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների միջև կանոնակարգի հիման վրա` հիմք ընդունելով 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը»,- նշել է նա:

Գերտերությունների ղեկավարներն էլ կշոյեն նրա գլուխը, խոստումներ կտան, իրենց շահերն առաջ կմղեն, քանի դեռ ՀՀ իշխանության ղեկին անարժանապատիվ մարդիկ են գտնվում։
