Երբ բնապահպանական փորձանք դարձած երկիրն է բնապահպանական համաժողով անցկացնելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

COP-ը համաշխարհային կլիմայական մարտահրավերներին նվիրված միջազգային համաժողով է, որն ամեն տարի անցկացվում է Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության կողմից: Այն երկրները, որոնք միացել են ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիային (UNFCCC), պարտավորվել են կամավոր գործողություններ ձեռնարկել՝ «կլիմայական համակարգին մարդածին վտանգավոր միջամտությունը» կանխելու համար։

Սակայն նույնիսկ միջազգային շատ հայտնի լրատվամիջոցներ ու կազմակերպություններ առնվազն զավեշտալի են համարում, որ 29-րդ COP-ն անցկացվելու է Ադրբեջանում՝ նավթ և գազ արտահանող երկրում, որտեղ անգամ աղբը չի տեսակավորվում, որտեղ ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետման մակարդակը տարեցտարի աճում է՝ անցնելով հնարավոր բոլոր վտանգավոր սահմանները։ Ընդհանրապես, նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը վերածվել է բնապահպանական աղետի ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար:

Դա վրդովեցնում է կանաչ էներգիայի համար պայքարող կազմակերպություններին, իրավապաշտպաններին և միջազգային դիտորդներին, ովքեր կարծում են, որ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է այդ համաժողովի օգնությամբ «սպիտակեցնել» իր հեղինակությունը։ Օրինակ՝ «Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ» միջազգային կազմակերպությունը Ադրբեջանում կլիմայական կոնֆերանսի անցկացումը «անհանգստացնող շահերի բախում» է անվանել։ Իրավապաշտպանները նշում են, որ այդ երկիրը կլիմայի նկատմամբ անբարյացակամ է, արդյունահանում է նավթ և ծրագրում է եռապատկել գազի արդյունահանումը, իսկ միջոցառման նախագահը կլինի մի մարդ, որը նախկինում 20 տարի ղեկավար պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել պետական նավթային ընկերությունում։ Եվ ընդհանրապես, Ադրբեջանի բնապահպանական իրավիճակը շատերի շրջանում է հարցեր առաջացնում:

Ի դեպ, կան տեղեկություններ, որ համաժողովին ընդառաջ Ադրբեջանում ու մասնավորաբար Բաքվում այնպիսի սահմանափակումներ են նախատեսվում, ինչպիսին չի եղել նույնիսկ «կովիդի» համաճարակի ժամանակ:
