Թեժ աշունը սկսվել է, բայց գործող վարչախմբի կատարմամբ

Ազգային Անվտանգության Ծառայությունը հայտարարել է, թե բացահայտվել է իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստության դեպք։ Քննչական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ 7 անձի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել, որոնցից 3-ը կալանավորվել են, 4-ի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Ըստ ՔԿ-ի, Հայաստանի 5 քաղաքացիներ, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին երկու բնակիչներ՝ ինքնությունները դեռևս չպարզաբանված, այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 2024-ի ընթացքում հավաքագրել են Հայաստանի մի շարք քաղաքացիների և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մի շարք նախկին բնակիչների և յուրաքանչյուրին ամսական շուրջ 220 հազար ռուսական ռուբլի վճարի դիմաց, նրանց փոխադրել Ռուսաստան՝ այնտեղ եռամսյա հավաքներ անցնելու և դրա ընթացքում նոր ծանր զինատեսակներին ծանոթանալու, դրանց կիրառման հմտություններն ուսանելու, ապա Հայաստան վերադառնալուց հետո մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև գիտելիքներն այլ անձանց փոխանցելու համար։

Հավաքագրված անձինք տարբեր խմբերով մեկնել են Ռուսաստանի Դոնի Ռոստով քաղաք, ապա փոխադրվել այլ վայր, որտեղ անցել են նախնական ստուգումներ։ Նախնական ստուգումից հետո նրանք տեղակայվել են «Արբատ» անվանումով ռազմաբազայում, որից հետո նրանց հետ անցկացրել են արդեն իրենց հայտնի զինատեսակներով փակ տարածքում՝ շենքի ներսում, մարտ վարելու պարապմունքներ։ Հավաքագրված անձանց հայտնել են, որ վարժանքների նպատակը Հայաստան վերադառնալն ու գործող իշխանությանը հեռացնելն է՝ հնչեցնելով այդ կերպ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը մաքրելու և փրկելու կոչեր:

Հաղորդագրությունում նշվում է, որ հավաքագրված անձանց մի մասը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել վարժանքներին ու վերադարձել է Հայաստան։ Իսկ հանցավոր խմբի անդամները հանցագործությունն ավարտին չեն հասցրել իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով՝ ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու արդյունքում։

Անուններ ՔԿ-ն չի հայտնում, փոխարենը սլաքներն ուղղում է արցախցիների, նաև Ռուսաստանի ՊՆ «Պյատնաշկա» (Դոնեցկի 15-րդ) բրիգադի «Արբատ» հայ-ռուսական ստորաբաժանման ուղղությամբ, այդ կերպ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե արցախցիներն ու ՌԴ-ն հեղաշրջում էին նախապատրաստում Հայաստանում։

Բնական է, որ նման հաղորդագրությունից հետո իշխանություններն ավելի են սաստկացնելու բռնաճնշումները, մեղադրանքներն ու կալանավորումները։ Թեժ աշունը սկսվել է, բայց գործող վարչախմբի կատարմամբ։
