Իշխանության «Նվերը»՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանին

Այն, որ իշխանություններին հանգիստ չի տալիս պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի անունը, նորություն չէ: Նորություն չէ, որ Կարապետյանի դեմ արշավին ներգրավում են իրենց տարբեր գործիքները:  Նախօրեին այդ «սուրբ» գործին լծվել է նաև իշխանական լրագրող Նվեր Մնացականյանը:

Իշխանության լրագրողն անդրադարձել է տեղեկություններին, թե 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ որպես ռազմավար Ադրբեջանին անցած արցախյան զենք-զինամթերքը հայտնվել է ուկրաինական ճակատում: Ու այս ամբողջ պատմության մեջ նա որոշել է հիշատակել միայն մեկ անուն՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանինը, այն էլ՝ կոնտեքստում, թե ինչու չի լսվում նրա ձայնն այն մասին, թե ում գրպանն է մտել զինաթափված Արցախի ունեցածը: Նախ՝ դեռ մի կողմ դնենք այն հարցը, որ Կարապետյանն առաջիններից մեկն է խոսել այդ թեմայի մասին, ու ցանկության դեպքում կարելի էր փնտրել ու գտնել. չեք հավատա, բայց համացանցում նման հնարավորություն կա:

Շատ ավելի ուշագրավ է, որ ոչ մի այլ անուն նշված չէ, փաստորեն ոչ ոք պատասխանատու չէ, ոչ ոք այդ թեմայով հարց բարձրաձայնելու պարտավորություն չունի: Փաստացի, այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ մարդը կոնկրետ հանձնարարություն ունի ևս մեկ անգամ հարձակվել Արշակ Կարապետյանի վրա և անում է, այսինքն՝ Նվերն էլ իր հերթին է ուզում «նվեր» անել իշխանություններին: Ու հեչ կարևոր չէ, որ դա արվում է պարզունակ, անբովանդակ, անիմաստ կոնտենտով: Ինչպես ասում ենք՝ ամեն մեկն իր «գործն» է անում, իսկ իշխանական գործիքների «գործը» երբեմն «Նիկոլից ավելի Նիկոլ» լինելն է:
