Փաստորեն, լսելու իմաստ չկա՞. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Համացանցի, առնվազն սոցցանցերի «հայկական» հատվածի վերջին երկու օրվա առավել շրջանառվող թեմաներից մեկը դատի ժամանակ դատավորի, ավելի ճիշտ՝ դատավորուհու ննջելու կադրերն են:

Չէ, մենք գիտենք, որ Ֆեմիդան սովորաբար պատկերվում է կշեռքով, սրով և կապած աչքերով (առասպելին տեղյակները գիտեն՝ ինչու), բայց դրանից, ախր, չի հետևում, որ դատավորը նիստի ժամանակ պիտի... քնի: Բայց մյուս կողմից՝ սա այնքան էլ առաջին նմանօրինակ դրսևորումը չէ: Էլի են կադրեր արձանագրվել, թե ինչպես է դատավորը նիստի ընթացքում «քչփորում» հեռախոսն ու համացանցի անծայրածիր անդաստանները, մեկ ուրիշ դատավոր «բռնվել» էր դատի ընթացքում «անրջելու», «ամպերի մեջ սավառնելու» մեջ. մարդը ֆիզիկապես դահլիճում էր, իսկ մտքերով՝ տիեզերքի սև խոռոչներում: Ու էլի մի քանի այլ օրինակներ:

Ի՞նչն է միավորում նման «անհասկանալի» դեպքերը: Գրթե բոլոր նկարագրված դրվագներում հիմնականում աչքի են ընկել փաշինյանական իշխանության «սրտի դատավորները»: Մյուս հատկանշական պահն այն է, որ նմանօրինակ դրվագներ արձանագրվել են բացահայտ «քաղաքական» ենթատեքստ ունեցող գործերով դատավարությունների ժամանակ:

Թեպետ... ի՞նչ կա այստեղ զարմանալի: Ոչինչ չկա: Այն էլ՝ «քաղաքական» գործերով: Լսեն՝ ի՞նչ անեն, այն էլ՝ ամբաստանյալի պաշտպանական խոսքը: Չէ, լուրջ: Իշխանության «սրտի» դատավորները որպես ի՞նչ լսեն ամբաստանյալին կամ նրա փաստաբաններին: Մեղադրողին լսել են, հերիք է, էլի: Չնայած, մեղադրողին էլ կարող էին չլսել, ինչների՞ն է պետք: Էն գլխից այդ՝ իշխանության «սրտի» դատավորներին այդ գործերով նշանակել են, նախապես որոշումը կայացրել են, տվել են ձեռքները, որպեսզի վերջում հայտարարեն փաշինյանական վճիռը: Էլ մարդիկ ավելորդ անգամ լսելիքը ծանրաբեռնեն ինչ-որ ելույթներ լսելով, որ ի՞նչ:

Առհասարակ, կարելի է առաջարկել, որ նման «գործերով» «ժիվոյ դատավորի» փոխարեն պարզապես բերեն ու հենց Ֆեմիդայի արձանը դնեն, իսկ փաստաբաններն ու ամբաստանյալները, դատավարության մյուս մասնակիցները դիմեն արձանին: Հա, ի՞նչ: Մե՞ծ է տարբերությունը:
