ԵՄ վիզային ազատականացման միֆը՝ նոր վտանգ Հայաստանի համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանն ու Եվրամիությունն ազդարարել են ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ բանակցությունների պաշտոնական մեկնարկը։ Եվրահանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Մարգարիտիս Սխինասը Երևանում հայտարարել է. «Վիզաների ազատականացման երկխոսության մեկնարկը քաղաքական մակարդակում կարևոր, պատմական օր է։ Սա պետք չէ դիտարկել որպես մեկուսի նախաձեռնություն։ Սա պետք է դիտարկել որպես Եվրոպական Միության՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հանձնառու վերաբերմունքի հերթական դրսևորում»։

X-ի իր էջում նույն Սխինասն ուշագրավ մի հրապարակում է արել. «Վիզային ազատականացում, անվտանգության աջակցում, աճի ու կայունության ծրագիր, մարդկանց միջև փոխանակումներ»։ Դիվանագիտական լեզվից թարգմանած՝ կարելի է այս արձանագրումը համարել որպես հայաստանյան ուժայինների նկատմամբ Արևմուտքի վերահսկողություն, վարկերի ու գրանտների միջոցով ճնշումներ, կարող երիտասարդների զանգվածային արտահոսք Եվրոպա։ Եվ, իհարկե, առաջին հերթին, Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի կապերի խզում, ինչը նույն այդ Արևմուտքի թիվ մեկ նպատակն է։

Արևմուտքը, որ չնչին ներկայություն ունի Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ, գրեթե առանց վճարի առաջարկում է հայկական կողմին վտարել գլխավոր գործընկերոջն ու ներդրողին, որի վրա էլ հիմնված է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը։ Արևմուտքի նպատակն է Հայաստանից հեռացնել ռուսաց լեզուն, սահմանապահներին, ռազմակայանը, ընդհանուր պատմությունը, զրկել մարդկային շփումներից։ Իսկ առաջացած ահռելի ճեղքն էլ փակելու են «առանց վիզայի» այցերով։ Եթե հասցնեն, քանի դեռ հայկական «Տիտանիկը» նրանց ջանքերով չի խորտակվել։

Գումարած, որ «առանց վիզայի» այցերի մասին խոսակցությունները դեռևս միֆական խոսակցությունների մակարդակում են, վիզաների ազատականացումը տարիների հարց է...
