Բաքուն ծաղրում է Փաշինյանի առաջարկները

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև նախատեսված խաղաղության պայմանագրում առկա կետերում հայ հասարակության համար տհաճ անակնկալներ չեն լինի։ Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսության փոխվարչապետ, ԱԳ և արտաքին առևտրի նախարար Քսավյե Բետելի հետ ճեպազրույցում։

Ըստ Միրզոյանի, կողմերը խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ այլևս անհամաձայնություն չունեն: 

«Այլ բան՝ գիտեք, որ երբեմն ադրբեջանական կողմն այլ նախապայմաններ կամ այլ խնդիրներ է փորձում ներառել ընդհանուր բանակցային գործընթացում: Մեր մոտեցումն այն է, որ մենք օր առաջ, րոպե առաջ կարող ենք արդեն համաձայնեցված տեքստը ստորագրել»,- ասել է ԱԳ նախարարը, հավելել, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագիծն ունի 16 հոդված, որից 13-ն ամբողջապես համաձայնեցված են, 3-ը՝ մասնակի:

Օրեր առաջ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր հայտարարել, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերջին նախագծում ունենք 17 հոդված, որից 13-ը լիարժեք համաձայնեցված են, նաև՝ վերնագիրը, նախաբանը։

Այսօր՝ «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» միջազգային համաժողովի ժամանակ նա կրկին նշել է, թե տևական խաղաղությունը Հարավային Կովկասում ոչ միայն հնարավոր է, այլևս իրատեսական է։ Փաշինյանի խոսքով, համաձայնագրի 80 տոկոսը համաձայնեցված է։

«13 հոդվածներ և նախագծի նախաբանն ամբողջությամբ համաձայնեցված են, ևս երեք հոդվածներ, որոնք բաղկացած են հիմնականում երկու նախադասությունից, մասնակի համաձայնեցված են, այդ հոդվածների նախադասություններից մեկը համաձայնեցված է, մյուսը՝ համաձայնեցված չէ»,- ասել է նա։

Բաքուն ոչ միայն չի կիսում փաշինյանական իշխանության խանդավառությունը, այլև ԱԳՆ խոսնակի բերանով ծաղրել է հայկական կողմի առաջարկները, նշել, թե «հայկական կողմը հերթական անգամ փորձում է հասարակության կարծիքը շեղել իրական իրավիճակից»: Նա ասել է, որ հայկական կողմն Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման մասին համաձայնագրի նախագծի իր մեկնաբանությունն ուղարկել է օգոստոսի վերջին։

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված մեկնաբանություններին համարժեք արձագանքելու փոխարեն՝ հայկական կողմը փորձեց աչք փակել խնդիրների վրա՝ հանելով այն դրույթները, որոնք պետք է արտացոլվեն նախագծում։ Թեև ծրագրի շատ դրույթներ մինչ այժմ համաձայնեցված են, այսինքն՝ մոտավորապես 80 %-ը, որոշ դրույթներ դեռ համաձայնեցված չեն: Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ համաձայնագիրը պետք է ստորագրվի՝ նախագծից հանելով չհամաձայնեցված դրույթները, ինչպես առաջարկում է հայկական կողմը։ Սա չի կարելի ընդունելի համարել։ Որպեսզի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը լինի կայուն և հաջողակ, նախագծում պետք է հստակեցվեն երկու երկրների միջև խնդրահարույց խնդիրները մի շարք ուղղություններով»,-ասել է Հաջիզադեն։
