Գյումրին նոր տոնածառ կունենա

Այսօր կայացավ Գյումրի համայնքի ավագանու հերթական 7-րդ նստաշրջանի առաջին նիստը, որի ընթացքում համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմն ավագանու նիստի քննարկմանը ներկայացրեց խոշոր հատկացման վերաբերյալ նախագիծ: Պարզվում է՝ համայնքապետարանը որոշել է այս տարի ամանորին Վարդանանց հրապարակի երկար տարիների տոնածառը փոխել, գնել նորը, որի համար համայնքի բյուջեից անհրաժեշտ է հատկացնել 75մլն․ դրամ: Ըստ քաղաքապետարանի՝ Գյումրու ամանորյա տոնածառի մետաղական կառուցվածքը վնասված է, այն հնարավոր չէ վերանորոգել և տոնածառի հետագա շահագործումը վտանգավոր է բնական ճյուղերի ծանրության և ուժեղ քամիների պատճառով:

Առկա տոնածառի դեպքում բարդություն է առաջանում նաև ամանորյա զարդարանքի նորարարական լուծումների հարցում: Եւ Գյումրին, որպես գրավիչ զբոսաշրջային քաղաք դիրքավորելու եւ միջոցառումային զբոսաշրջությունը զարգացնելու, ամանորյա տոնածառի տեղադրման եւ ձևավավորման համար յուրաքանչյուր տարի համայնքային բյուջեից կրճատելու, բնական ռեսուրսների գերշահագործումից խուսափելու, բնակչության եւ զբոսաշրջիկների կյանքի անվտանգության պայմանների ապահովման նպատակով համայնքապետարանը ավագանուն առաջարկեց  68 մլն ՀՀ  դրամ  արհեստական եղևնու ճյուղերից պատրաստված 25-30 մ բարձրությամբ նոր տոնածառ և նոր  զարդարանքներ ձեռք բերել, ինչպես նաև ունեցած զարդարանքները վերանորոգելու համար 7 մլն ՀՀ դրամ հատկացնել:

«Մեր տոնածառը 2005 թվի է, հիշում ենք ինչպես այն շրջվեց ուժեղ քամուց, միշտ ամեն տարի սարքել ենք, բոլորն ասում են՝ ծուռ է տոնածառը, ծուռ տոնածառը կպցրել ենք, դրսից բերված ճյուղերով վերանորոգել ենք, որն ավելի թանկ է նստում ամեն տարի, մի խոսքով ՝ առաջարկում եմ նոր, գեղեցիկ, Գյումրուն վայել , արհեստական, շատ գեղեցիկ տանածառ ձեռք բերել»,-ասաց համայնքապետի խորհրդական, զեկուցող Լենա Ջիլավյանը:

«Տիկին Ջիլավյան, էնպես ախորժակով ներկայացրեցիք, ինչխոր տեսել եք արդեն էդ տոնածառը»,-ասաց ավագանու անդամ Կարեն Մալխասյանը՝ հարցնելով, թե նախատեսված գումարը ինչ հաշվարկներով է արվել :

«Մրցույթ կհայտարարվի, հնարավոր է՝ տնտեսումներ ունենանք, եւ տոնածառը գնվի 60 մլն․ դրամով, դա միջինացված գինն է»,-փորձեց բացատրել Ջիլավյանը:

Հին տոնածառի ճակատագիրը ևս հետաքրքրեց ավագանու անդամներին․ այն օտարել հնարավոր է, թե ոչ, բայց պարզվեց, որ հինը միայն որպես մետաղական ջարդոն է պիտանի, անգամ հարակից համայնքներին այն պիտանի չէ: 
Քաղաքապետ Վարդգես Սամսոնյանն էլ նշեց, թե Երևանի փորձն են դիտարկել, որպեսզի տոնածառը երկար ծառայի։
Առաջարկ եղավ նաև, որ տեքսով եւ տեխնիկական բնութագրով տոնածառեր տեղադրվեն Գյումրու պաշտոնական կայք, որպեսզի կարողանան  ընտրել, թե ինչպիսի տոնածառ են գնելու :

Գյումրու ավագանին նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց:
