Հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող դատապարտյալը պատմում է․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Արմավիրի բանտում (տեսանյութ)

Արմավիրի բանտում 5 օր հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող Արամ Սաֆարյանը ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել է, թե ինչ իրավիճակ է բանտում եւ ինչ է կատարվում կալանավորների ու դատապարտյալների շրջանում:

ArmLur.am-ի բացառիկ տեղեկությունների համաձայն` Արմավիրի բանտում մի խումբ դատապարտյալներ 30 օրից ավել գտնվում են հացադուլի մեջ։

Ըստ ArmLur.am-ին հասած լուրերի՝ նրանց մեկուսացրել են բանտի կարանտինային մասնաշենքի 1-ին խցում։ Հացադուլ հայտարարած դատապարտյալներն են՝ Սաֆարյան Արամ Վարուժանի, Թադևոսյան Արման Հակոբի, Բավցյան Բախշի Ռուբիկի, Նազարյան Գեղամ։

Ավելին՝ հացադուլ անողներից մեկի վիճակն, ըստ դատապարտյալների, ծանր է, պատշաճ բուժօգնություն չեն տրամադրում, հարցին լուծում չեն տալիս և տեղյակ չեն պահում համապատասխան մարդկանց իրենց հացադուլի վերաբերյալ, շատ վատ են վերաբերվում ու հնարավորություն չեն տալիս խնդիրն իրավասու մարմիններին հայտնել։

ArmLur.am-ը դիմեց քրեակատարողական ծառայություն, որտեղից Քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Նոնա Նավիկյանը հայտնեց.

«ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում սեպտեմբերի 8-ի դրությամբ հացադուլի մեջ են գտնվում 2 կալանավորված անձ և 2 դատապարտյալ։
Կալանավորված անձանցից մեկը հացադուլ է հայտարարել օգոստոսի 9-ից, մյուսը՝ սեպտեմբերի 6-ից։ Նրանք անհամաձայնություն ունեն իրենց քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցի առնչությամբ:

Դատապարտյալներից մեկը հացադուլ է հայտարարել օգոստոսի 16-ից։ Պատճառն այն է, որ թույլ չի տրվել նրա տեղափոխումը մասնավոր բժշկական կենտրոն առանց հատուկ ցուցման առկայության։ Մյուս դատապարտյալը հացադուլ է հայտարարել սեպտեմբերի 5-ից, ցանկանում է տեղափոխվել ավելի ցածր անվտանգային գոտի։
