Էլեկտրական շարժիչների համար 0% ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ ձևակերպելու քվոտան 2024 թվականի համար սահմանվել է 7,400 հատ. ՊԵԿ

Էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար 0% ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ ձևակերպելու քվոտան 2024 թվականի համար սահմանվել է 7,400 հատ տրանսպորտային միջոցի մասով: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՊԵԿ-ը:

Սա նշանակում է, որ 7,400-ը գերազանցող յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցի ձևակերպման համար ԵՏՄ ընդհանուր կանոններով սահմանված կարգով 2024 թվականին կկիրառվի 15% ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափ։

2024թ. սեպտեմբերի 9-ից դեկտեմբերի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար 0% ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի արտոնությամբ կարող է ձևակերպվել դեռևս 1,115 հատ:

Օրենսդրության համաձայն` տվյալ սակագնային քվոտայից հնարավոր չի լինի օգտվել դեռևս ՀՀ չներմուծված տրասնպորտային միջոցի համար նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրի ներկայացման դեպքում, քանի որ արտոնության կիրառման նպատակներով նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրման դեպքում, ապրանքի հայտարարագրի գրանցում է համարվելու oրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված տեղեկությունների ներկայացման արդյունքում մաքսային մարմինների կողմից նախնական մաքսային հայտարարագրում ճշգրտումների գրանցումը: Ճշգրտման գրանցումը հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել միայն տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցի Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն փաստացի ներմուծման դեպքում և արդյունքում սակագնային արտոնության կիրառումը կախված կլինի տվյալ օրվա դրությամբ 0 տոկոս մաքսատուրքի արտոնության կիրառման համար սահմանված 7,400 հատ տրանսպորտային միջոցների քանակի լրացված չլինելու հանգամանքից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2025 թվականի համար էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար ևս սահմանված է 0 տոկոս ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափ՝ 8000 տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար: 2025 թվականի քվոտայից օգտվելու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի ՀՀ ներմուծված տրասնպորտային միջոցի համար մաքսային հայտարարագիրը կամ մաքսային մուտքի օրդերը ներկայացնել և գրանցել 01.01.2025 թվականից սկսած:

Միաժամանակ, ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ մինչև 01.01.2026 թ. շարունակելու է գործել էլեկտրական շարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման ԱԱՀ-ից ազատման արտոնությունը, որի գծով քանակային սահմանափակում առկա չէ:
