Նիգերում ռեկորդային տեղատարափ անձրևների հետևանքով առնվազն 273 մարդ է զոհվել և ավելի քան 700 000-ը դարձել ներքին տեղահանված: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունից։

Ագադես քաղաքը, որը գտնվում է Սահարա անապատի նիգերական հատվածում և սովորաբար համարվում է Աֆրիկայի ամենաշոգ և չոր կլիմա ունեցող քաղաքներից մեկը, ջրի տակ է հայտնվել:

Մարդկանց մեծ մասը զոհվել է այն բանի պատճառով, որ նրանց տները կառուցվել էին չթրծված կավե բլոկներից, որոնք նախատեսված չեն առատ տեղումների համար, իսկ տեղատարափ անձրևները շարունակվում են մայիսից, և այդ տները պարզապես փլվում են խոնավության տևական ազդեցությունից:
