Զինվորի մահվան մեջ նրան են մեղադրում. բանակի բարեփոխումներն օգուտ չեն տալիս

Երեկ՝ ժամը 10:10-ի սահմաններում, ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասում հայտնաբերվել է զինծառայող Էդգար Սարգիսի Ալեքսանյանի դին, որն ունեցել է հրազենային վնասվածք: Քննչական կոմիտեի փոխանցմամբ, զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել՝ Զինծառայողին անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության հասցնելու հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:

Հայկական բանակում ցավոք, զինծառայողների ինքնասպանության դեպքեր բազմիցս են լինում։ Պատճառը գերազանցապես ոչ կանոնադրային հարաբերություններն են, որոնք հանգեցնում են նման ողբերգական դեպքերի։

2024 թ առաջին կիսամյակում արձանագրվել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում զինծառայողների մահացության 27 դեպք, որոնցից՝ 4-ը՝ ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքեր են։ 2023 թ. առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում գրանցվել է զինված ուժերում մահացության 52 դեպք, որից ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպք է 5-ը։

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունները վեց տարի շարունակ տարփողում են զինված ուժերում բարեփոխումների մասին, բայց իրավիճակը արմատական որևէ բեկում չի ստանում, բանակում գողական բարքերը, զինծառայողների միջև ոչ կանոնադրային հարաբերությունները շարունակում են գոյություն ունենալ, ԶՈՒ և ՊՆ ղեկավարությունն էլ զբաղված է մարդկանց աչքերին թոզ փչելով։

Իրավապաշտպանները նաև խորը կասկածներ ունեն ինքնասպանությունների մասով, վստահ են, որ որոշ դեպքերում խոսքը սպանության, այլ ոչ ինքնասպանության մասին է։ Բազմաթիվ նման դեպքեր երբեք չեն էլ բացահայտվել։
