Հայ-ռուսական լեզվակռիվը շարունակվում է. Լավրովի պատասխանը Փաշինյանին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն օրերս մեծ ասուլիսում հերքել էր ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունները, թե Երևանը սաբոտաժ է անում տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաների բացումը։ Նշելով, որ եթե Հայաստանը մտադրություն ունենա հրաժարվել 2020 թ. նոյեմբրի 9–ի հայտարարությունից, ապա այդ մասին կհայտարարի, Փաշինյանն ասել էր, թե նոյեմբերի 9–ի հայտարարությանը չի կարելի նայել դրվագային, այլ ամբողջականության մեջ, այդ թվում` գերիների, պատանդների համատեքստում։

Փաշինյանը նկատել էր, որ կոմունիկացիաները չեն բացվել մինչև այս պահը նաև ՌԴ մի շարք գործընկերների` նոյեմբերի 9–ի փաստաթղթի տրամաբանության հետ կապ չունեցող և դրան հակասող մեկնաբանությունների պատճառով։ Հաճախ այդ մեկնաբանությունները հակասել են ՌԴ նախագահի` նոյեմբերի 9–ի ձևակերպումներին։

Նախօրեին Մոսկվայում, Միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտի՝ ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի ուսանողների հետ հանդիպմանը Սերգեյ Լավրովը կրկին պնդել է իր հայտարարությունը, նշել, թե Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների կողմից ստորագրված եռակողմ փաստաթղթերը կյանքի չեն կոչվում։ «Եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք կնքվել էին 2020-ից 2022 թվականներին կայացած Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան մի քանի գագաթնաժողովների ընթացքում, այժմ առկախված են։ Հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակմամբ զբաղվող եռակողմ հանձնաժողովն այժմ գործնականում նիստեր չի գումարում։ Երևանը համարում է, որ դա պետք է անել ուղղակիորեն Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Եթե դա իրենց հաջողվի՝ ի սեր Աստծո», - ասել է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը, հերթական անգամ պնդել, որ եռակողմ հայտարարությունների իրագործմանը խոչընդոտում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները՝ նախևառաջ ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման հարցում։

«Ես վերջերս զարմանքով կարդացի վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցը, որում նա պնդում էր, թե այն մեղադրանքները, որ Հայաստանն է արգելակում ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը, սուտ են և նենգափոխում են իրականությունը։ Դա տարօրինակ է, որովհետև սկզբում Հայաստանը հրաժարվեց ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհից՝ պնդելով, որ միայն երկաթուղի լինի։ Ադրբեջանը դրա իմաստը չէր տեսնում, սակայն համաձայնեց՝ նաև մեր միջնորդությամբ։ Հետո մեկ էլ Հայաստանը հայտարարեց, որ ռուսաստանցի սահմանապահների որևէ մասնակցություն հաղորդակցության ուղիների անվտանգության ապահովմանը ևս չի լինի, չնայած դա նույնպես սևով սպիտակին էր գրված, և մեզ համար դա հասկանալի չէր։ Ասացին, որ դա իրենք կանեն։ Ադրբեջանն էլ ասում է, որ անվստահության և անգամ թշնամանքի մակարդակը չափազանց բարձր է, որպեսզի առաջին փուլում հայկական տարածքով Նախիջևան ուղևորվելիս ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց անվտանգ զգան», - ասել է Լավրովը։

Եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի շուրջ Երևանի և Մոսկվայի տարաձայնությունները դեռ երկար կարող են շարունակվել, քանի դեռ Երևանը հետ չի կանչել իր ստորագրությունը։ Իսկ նման քայլը լրջագույն հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ այլ ուղղություններով ևս։
