Լեհաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտնել է Ուկրաինայում ռուսական հրթիռները խփելու անհրաժեշտության մասին

Լեհաստանը եւ Ուկրաինային սահմանակից մյուս երկրները պետք է խփեն ռուսական հրթիռները՝ նախքան դրանց հայտնվելն Ուկրաինայի օդային տարածքում, Financial Times-ի հարցազրույցում հայտնել է Լեհաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ռադոսլավ Սիկորսկին։

«ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցությունը չի չեղարկում սեփական օդային տարածքը պաշտպանելու յուրաքանչյուր երկրի պատասխանատվությունը, դա մեր սահմանադրական պարտավորությունն է։ Անձամբ ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե թշնամական հրթիռները մոտենում են մեր օդային տարածքին, ապա արդարացված կլինի դրանցից ինքնապաշտպանությունը, քանի որ հենց որ դրանք հատեն սահմանը, վտանգը, որ դրանց բեկորները կվիրավորեն ինչ-որ մեկին, կդառնա զգալի»,- ասել է նախարարը։

ՆԱՏՕ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Սթոլտենբերգը մերժել է Սիկորսկու առաջարկը՝ նշելով, որ այդ դեպքում դաշինքը «կդառնա ռազմական հակամարտության մաս»։ Լեհաստանի արտգործնախարարը պնդել է ռուսական հրթիռները խփելու հարցում, այն բանից հետո, երբ ենթադրաբար ռուսական անօդաչուն հատել է Լեհաստանի սահմանը օգոստոսի 26-ին։

Նրա կարծիքով՝ խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում զոհեր ունենալու հավանականությունը մեծանում է հրթիռի մոտենալուն զուգընթաց, ուստի նախընտրելի է խփել ռուսական հրթիռները մեծ բարձրությունում, Ուկրաինայում։ «Ուկրաինացիները մեզ ասել են. խնդրեմ»,- ավելացրել է նա։

Արեւմտյան բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները պարբերականին պատմել են, որ նման քաղաքականությունը կջնջի «կարմիր գծերը» եւ կարող է ստիպել, որ Ռուսաստանը պատասխան միջոցների դիմի։

«Մենք պետք է հնարավոր ամեն բան անենք, որպեսզի օգնենք Ուկրաինային, եւ անենք ամեն հնարավոր բան, որպեսզի խուսափենք թեժացումից։ Եվ հենց այս գծում է ՆԱՏՕ-ն հետեւողական պատերազմի ամենասկզբից։ Իհարկե, մենք հարգում ենք ազգային անվտանգությունն ապահովելու յուրաքանչյուր դաշնակցի ինքնիշխան իրավունքը։ Բայց ՆԱՏՕ-ում մենք միշտ խորհրդակցում ենք՝ նախքան այն բանի մեջ ներքաշվելը, ինչը կարող է հետեւանքներ ունենալ մեզ բոլորիս համար»,- Financial Times-ին ասել է դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Միրչա Ջոանեն։
